St Andrew’s Church has served the city of Zurich since 1897. We hold regular services in the week and are here for all your English-speaking community needs. St.

We welcome people of all cultures, nationalities and denominations to worship with us. At St. Andrew’s we endeavour to be a part of God’s work in, with, and through the local English- speaking community. We minister to all ages, helping th

em to grow in faith and live it out in the world. We have active ministries aimed at adults, young people and children. People from all over the globe have made St Andrew’s their church family and we desire to be a welcoming community for all who enter our doors. On Trinity Sunday we made Trinity shamrock fans in Junior Church and talked about the meaning of Trinity Sunday.

The fans also help with the heat right now in Zurich, Switzerland.

It was wonderful to see so many regulars and visitors at our services on this special Day of Pentecost, which is also called Whit Sunday.

This "marks fifty days since Easter Day and brings the Easter season to an end. It is a major feast of the Church’s year when Christians recall how God’s Holy Spirit was given to the disciples after Jesus’ ascension, empowering them to begin the work of making disciples of all nations." ( quote from The Church of England website)

Today in Junior Church, we decorated cupcakes for Mother’s Day, which is celebrated in Switzerland today. We also made cards to say thank you to all those who care for us.

In her sermon, The Revd Jackie Sellin illustrated the importance of being kind and helpful every day — a message we can all carry with us into the weeks ahead.

Thank you to all the mothers, carers, and caregivers who love, support, and care for us. We are truly grateful.

Join us on Monday 8 & 29 June at 7pm at St Andrew’s Community Centre for a relaxed, cabaret-style evening of hit songs from Rodgers & Hammerstein - from the musicals Oklahoma!, Carousel, South Pacific and more — performed by The Broadway Showstoppers.

There’ll be a raffle, a prize for best fancy dress, and plenty of fun, all while raising funds for St Andrew’s.

Tickets are 40 CHF (20 CHF for students & under 12s), including a drink and snacks.

What a great evening with our youth group on Friday! 🍕
We had so much fun making our own DIY pizzas, sharing laughs, and enjoying time together. It was a wonderful evening of creativity, fellowship, and delicious food.

The sorbet dessert was a special treat too!

We’re thankful for everyone who joined and helped make the evening so special!
