Day 1 (Boxing Fundamentals & Technique): Learning the basics of boxing in a fun, structured, and supportive environment open to everyone.
Day 2 (Self-Defence Awareness & Personal Safety): Building confidence and mastering essential self-defence awareness and personal safety skills in a dedicated space for kids and females.
Day 3 (Boxing, Fitness & Practical Drills): Leveling up skills with technique work, fitness training, and high-energy hands-on drills.
