Last Sunday, August 30, 2026, we were reminded that God is our Healer—Jehovah Rapha. Healing is not only about the physical body; God cares deeply about the whole person—our body, mind, and soul.

There may be times when we experience sickness, pain, and affliction, but our suffering does not mean that God has left us. Jesus remains our healer, our hope, and our source of strength.

The Bible shows us different ways we can seek God for healing—through prayer, His Word, laying on of hands, the Lord’s Supper, the prayers of the elders, and deliverance from spiritual oppression.

Most importantly, we trust God’s power and His will. He alone has the power to heal our souls, and according to His will, He can also bring healing to our bodies.

🙏 Whatever you are facing today, bring it to Jehovah Rapha.
When we are weak, He is our strength.
When we are hurting, He is our comfort.
When we are broken, He is our healer.

Jesus is our Healer, and in Christ, we have hope—even in the midst of suffering.

Life can easily leave us feeling overwhelmed—burdened by worries, responsibilities, and the pressure to keep up with others. But God never intended for us to live exhausted and empty. When we stop chasing what the world offers and remain connected to Him, He fills our hearts with His peace, strength, and joy.

Contentment is not found in having more; it is found in trusting the One who provides. As Ecclesiastes 4:6 reminds us, "Better is one handful with quietness than two handfuls with toil and chasing after the wind."

Stay close to God, and He will transform your life—from overwhelmed by life's demands to overflowing with His grace, peace, and abundance.

Philippians 4:14–19

The Philippian church faithfully supported Paul's ministry, and God commended their generosity. This passage reminds us that when we give faithfully to God's work, our giving becomes a pleasing sacrifice to Him. As we trust God with what we have, He remains faithful to provide for all our needs according to His riches in glory through Christ Jesus.
