Learning to discern God’s voice takes time, and that’s okay. We have a lifetime to grow in our understanding of God’s Word and learn to discern wisely. Before acting on a thought or impression, ask: Does it align with Scripture? What kind of fruit does it produce? Does it lead me toward self-centeredness or toward sacrificial love for Jesus?
