Grief is not a sign that God is absent. It is often where He shows up most powerfully.
This week we explored what Jesus meant when He said "blessed are those who mourn" (Matthew 5:4). Whether it is the weight of our own sin, the sting of personal loss, or heartbreak over a broken world, Jesus meets us in every layer of grief. He does not promise a life without sorrow, but He does promise His unbroken presence within it.
The Holy Spirit walks right beside us as a gentle comforter and friend, whispering mercy, hope, and healing into our hurts. When we share our sadness with Jesus instead of keeping it inside or trying to numb it, He turns our sorrow into purpose. Please don’t let your pain go unused, bring it to the One who will one day wipe away every tear that caused it.
