Sometimes life can be discouraging. Our circumstances can make our hearts heavy and our countenance sad. There are even times that Jesus calls us to do hard things, painful things, and it hurts. But we have a God who never forgets us, never stops loving us, and promises to use all things for our good and His glory, if we love and follow Him. So whatever you're going through, hope in Him ❤

Parents, as we wrapped up the topic of perseverance in our theme of Trek, we focused on heaven and the hope that we have in Jesus. This hope is essential for perseverance because we all need the incentive of something good when we feel like giving up because life is hard.

Another year in the books!!! We had a great YOUTH yearend wrap-up at Centennial Park! We ate together, had fun together (disc golf, football, basketball, pickleball, splash park...making Tik Tok videos 😅), and just had a great time hanging out.

Thank you students for making this the best year yet, and don't forget to stay connected with us through our summer events!

Parents, as we continue looking at the topic of perseverance in our theme of Trek, we focused on how even when we follow Jesus, bad things can happen in our lives. So the question is how do we keep trusting God when bad things happen?!?

This is not an easy question, and there's no easy answer, but when we know that God loves us, that He can and will use all things (even the bad ones) for good (Romans 8:28), and that we look forward to an eternity in a perfect world with Him, we can trust Him even when we can't see or understand how God could use these bad things for our good and His glory.

Have a great discussion with your child, and remember, we're rooting for you!

CRIB NIGHT - Thursday, May 28 from 7-10pm
