On behalf of Georgetown Christian Reformed Church, we want to express our sincere gratitude to the Halton Fire and Police departments for their exceptional work and decisive actions successfully containing the fire adjacent to our building on the early morning of Saturday, July 18, 2026.

Despite some minor damage, our church building was structurally intact and we were able to gather for our Sunday morning service.

Thank you for all the work you do in our community. Stay safe and God bless.
