The people of St. John’s Anglican Church in Stewarttown are saddened to announce that we have lost a life-long member of our community. Phyllis Stewart was born and raised in Stewarttown. The doors of her home on Mill Pond Drive were always open and welcoming. Phyllis was baptized and married at St. John’s. She was a life-long member of St. John’s Ladies’ Guild. We will remember her working all year long knitting and preparing crafts for the Guild’s Annual Christmas Bazaar.

Phyllis passed peacefully on February 23rd at the Eden House Long Term Care Facility in Eden Mills. May rest eternal be granted to her and may light perpetually shine upon her.
