PLAYGROUP

There WILL be Playgroup on THURSDAY 9:30-11:00 at Douglas Baptist Church. Jill Bateman and Maggie Gilmore will be there to greet you and hangout with lots of fun play time for the kids and babies. Ages birth to 5 are welcome to attend with any adult in their life! 😁

All caregivers with children birth to 5 yrs are invited. New friends are always welcome!

We have a great space set up with toy stations (cars, kitchen 👨‍🍳, dolls, Playdoh, slides 🛝, ball pit, and more), mini trampoline , teeter totter, baby safe area and more. Playtime for kids and conversation for adults. 😊

Thursday Playgroup!

Another week has come and gone and we’re ready to welcome all our friends (new and old) to Playgroup at Douglas Baptist Church! Thursday 9:30-11:00am.

Lots of toys and activities to keep the kids busy, stuff for babies and time to chat for adults! ANY adult is welcome to bring the kids birth to age 5. ☺️

PLAYGROUP! 🎉

THURSDAYS at Douglas Baptist Church.

All caregivers with children birth to 5 yrs are invited to Playgroup THURSDAYS 9:30-11:00am. New friends are always welcome! Last week we met 3 new families. 😁

We have a great space set up with toy stations (cars, kitchen, dolls, Playdoh, slides, ball pit, and more), mini trampoline, slides, baby safe area and more. Playtime for kids and conversation for adults. 😊

Missing these awesome kids!!!
We finished up our midweek program for Elementary aged kids last week and will restart again in September. This group of 17 (2 missing), mostly Gr 2&3, were SOOO much fun! A simply fantastic bunch of boys and girls. For real! We are thankful to know them and help them know Jesus more.
Also very blessed to have a terrific team of volunteers. 🥰 Maybe we’ll try to get a picture altogether soon.

Because for some of these kids,
you are the first kindness,
the first patience,
the first glimpse of what God is like.

And one day…
they won’t remember the craft,
or the game,
or even the snack (okay maybe the snack 🍪😂)

But they will remember how they felt.
Loved. Seen. Safe.

And that’s how they’ll start to see Him.

So if you’ve ever felt like what you do is small…
it’s not.

It’s holy. ✨

PLAYGROUP INVITATION!

THURSDAY 9:30-11:00am at Douglas Baptist Church!

ANY adult is welcome to bring CHILDREN birth to age 5 for a fun time of playing and visiting. We have many of toy/activity stations 😁 Mini Trampoline, Play Kitchen center, Little People Farm and House area, Play-doh table, Doll Center, Car/truck mat and station, teeter totter, tent, 2 slides, and more! We have lots of fun! Looking forward to seeing you!
