Rodd's Taekwondo Cornwall: Registration is now open for the upcoming season. Classes are available for children ages 5+, teens, and adults. Classes are held Tuesday and Thursday evenings at St Francis of Assisi Church in Cornwall. Beginners are welcome!

Colombian Earthquake Relief: A devastating earthquake struck western Colombia on August 10, causing serious damage in my hometown of Trujillo, where many families have lost or had their homes severely damaged.
