Happy Father’s Day, Pastor Nick! ❤️

Today we want to take a moment to honour and celebrate Pastor Nick, the father of our AVC family.

Thank you for the countless ways you selflessly give of yourself, love people well, teach God’s Word faithfully, encourage us in every season, and shepherd this house with wisdom, humility, humour and grace.

Your investment into the lives of so many has made an eternal impact, and we are deeply grateful for the way you lead and care for our church family.

We love you, appreciate you, and honour you today and every day.

And to all the amazing fathers and father figures in our AVC family, thank you for your love, leadership, sacrifice, strength, and example. We pray that today you feel celebrated, appreciated, and blessed.

LET'S GO, COME ON AVC! 🙌

Let's be devoted to Jesus.
Let's be devoted to His Word.
Let's be devoted to prayer.
Let's be devoted to one another.
Let's be devoted to fellowship.
Let's be devoted to building a Christ-centered community.

Because church is more than a service we attend. It's a family we belong to.

Just as the early church devoted themselves to life together, we believe God is calling us to do the same. To encourage one another, carry each other's burdens, celebrate victories, grow in faith, and keep Jesus at the center of it all.

In a world that often pulls us apart, the Church is a place where we gather, connect, and covenant together as the body of Christ.

So let's keep showing up. Let's keep loving well. Let's keep growing together.

Let's go, come on AVC! ❤️

What a beautiful Sunday together. ❤️

This week, we were reminded of the gift and calling of koinonia; the fellowship we share as the Body of Christ.

In a culture that often encourages independence, Scripture calls us to something greater: a life devoted to Christ and devoted to one another. We reflected on the covenant we share as believers, which is a commitment to walk together in faith, to encourage one another, bear one another's burdens, pray for one another, and grow together as disciples of Jesus.

From the first moments of worship, there was a sweet sense of God's presence among us. Together we lifted our voices in praise, received the truth of God's Word, and spent time seeking Him in prayer. What a privilege it is to gather as the family of God and be strengthened by His presence and by one another.

We also had the joy of celebrating our graduates and this significant milestone in their lives. As they step into a new season, we prayed God's blessing, wisdom, and direction over them, trusting Him to guide their paths and use them for His glory.

One of the most meaningful moments of the morning came at the close of the message, when we joined hands across the sanctuary as a visible expression of our covenant with one another in Christ. It was a powerful reminder that we are not simply attendees gathering in the same room. We are a spiritual family, united by the gospel, committed to loving one another, and called to walk this journey of faith together.

Our hearts are grateful for all that God is doing in our midst. He is building His Church, deepening relationships, strengthening faith, and shaping us into a people who reflect His love to the world around us.

"They devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer." — Acts 2:42

What a joy it is to belong to the family of God. ❤️ We can't wait to gather again next Sunday.

This is what church family looks like. 🙌

Growing in God's Word.
Worshipping together.
Laughing together.
Praying together.
Serving together.

Because we're called to more than attendance. We're called to be disciples who Reach, Teach & Mobilize. 🙌

So thankful for this community and all God is doing among us. ❤️

Sundays are about more than attending church. They're about being devoted to Christ and devoted to one another.

This week we worshipped together, prayed together, opened God's Word together, and strengthened the relationships that make our church family so special.

We're grateful for every conversation, every smile, every prayer, and every opportunity to encourage one another in Christ.

As we head into a new week, remember, the Christian life was never meant to be lived in isolation. Following Jesus is a journey we are called to walk together.

May we continue to live out what we've learned, love our community well, and keep our eyes fixed on Jesus.

What a great Sunday. ❤️

🎉 ONE MONTH AT INSPIRE! 🎉

One month ago, we stepped into a new season and began gathering at Inspire. Looking back, we can only say: God has been so faithful.

Over the past month, we've experienced powerful worship, life-giving community, meaningful conversations, answered prayers, and most importantly, lives being pointed to Jesus.

This season has reminded us that the Church is never about a building. It's about people gathering around the presence of God, growing in faith, and reaching others with the hope of Christ.

We are incredibly grateful for every person who has worshipped with us, served, invited a friend, prayed, and helped make this first month so special.

The best part? We believe we're just getting started.

As we move forward, our heart remains the same:
➡️ Jesus at the center.
➡️ People finding hope.
➡️ Lives being transformed.
➡️ Our community being reached with the love of Christ.

Thank you for being part of what God is doing. We can't wait to see what the months ahead will bring.

One month down. Countless stories yet to be written. All for His glory. 🙌

What a Sunday! 🙌

This weekend marked one full month since we began gathering at Inspire, and what an incredible month it has been. We are so thankful for all that God has done already. Every week we have seen new faces, meaningful connections, growing faith, and countless reminders of God's faithfulness. He has been so good to us.

This Sunday was also Missions Sunday, and we were blessed to hear from Tim & Laura as they shared what VCI Missions is doing in Thailand and through our L418 Project in Mexico. It was inspiring to hear how lives are being impacted through the Gospel around the world and to be reminded that each of us has a part to play. Through prayer, giving, serving, and going. The mission of Jesus is still moving forward, and we have the privilege of being part of it.

There was a beautiful sense of God's presence in the room. Church is so much more than attending a service. It's about encountering Jesus, growing in community, and allowing Him to transform our lives from the inside out.

Pastor Nick continued our "Let's Go" series, challenging us from God's Word to be strong and courageous. Not in our own strength, but in the power of HIS might. When God calls us forward, He doesn't ask us to rely on ourselves. He invites us to trust Him, walk by faith, and move boldly knowing that He goes before us.

At the heart of everything we do is Jesus. We gather because He is worthy. We gather because people need hope. We gather because lives are changed when people encounter the presence of God. Our vision isn't simply to fill a room. It's to see hearts transformed, families strengthened, and our city impacted by the love of Christ.

One month in at Inspire, and we're more excited than ever about what God is building. The best is yet to come.

Jesus changes everything. ❤️
