Faith is believing and trusting God with that which you love the most. The thing that you have saved for later and preserved for the future.

Faith without works is dead. Abraham had to show by his works that he really does believe and trust in God. Because of his faith, God opened the heavens and provided a proper sacrifice.

Faith that has the fear of God brings us closer to God. When you have faith you do not create any room for doubt
James 1:6-8
Jas.1.8 he is a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways.

Today we speak of Abraham and even sing of his blessings because even when his faith was being tested he did not lose his faith.

Your faith needs to be strong inorder to break limits. Abraham and Sarah had a child at an age scientifically proven to be impossible to bare a child.
You cannot go anywhere without sacrificing that thing that you love the most.

Your faith needs to go through heavy and pressing issues in order to grow.

You need to endure the pressure of your circumstances inorder to grow your faith. God tested Abraham's faith by asking him to present his beloved son as a sacrifice unto him.
He did this to check the depth of his faith. Shallow faith cannot persevere through anything.
