Nehemiah 1:1-4
Things in Jerusalem were a mess. The people of God were down-trodden and afflicted, and the foundations of the city were broken down. When Nehemiah learned of this, he wept, mourned, fasted, and prayed.
This is where it all begins. Everybody wants to talk about the need for revival, but who is willing to weep for the afflicted brothers and sisters? Who is willing to mourn the reproach that has come upon the church of God? Who is willing to fast and pray that God would restore the former glory of His Church? Who is willing to stand up and pray for a restoration of Apostolic Christianity?

The early church devoted themselves to prayer, they committed, they sacrificed other things to pray without ceasing; how can we do less? Lord Prick our hearts, draw us to prayer, compel us with the urgency of the hour. Help us to draw on what we know to be true and what we have seen You do in the past and believe for greater things as we grow the church and your Kingdom. In Your Mighty Name, Amen!

TITLE: kingdom Lifestyle

There is a lifestyle or a way of living in the kingdom. The way some of us live is contrary to the Kingdom of God hence the frustrations. We have abandoned the fruits of righteousness hence the lifestyle of the kingdom has become nothing to unbelivers. Paul says we should set our hearts on things that are above. He is teaching that there is a lifestyle we have to live, sadly many have set their hearts and eyes and affections of the things of this world.

We must check our hearts and know where our hearts is. We must hold in high esteem the things above. When you hold the things above in high esteem you are laying your life in preparation to enjoy them.
Ps.27.4 One thing I have desired of the LORD, That will I seek: That I may dwell in the house of the LORD All the days of my life, To behold the beauty of the LORD, And to inquire in His temple. (NKJV)

What is the beauty of the Lord. It is to see things above and love them. See the worship above. See your seat in heaven.

Gal.6.14 But God forbid that I should boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world. (NKJV

You have died to this world by reason of Jesus being crucified. You are dead to the things of this world. You are not suppose to be moved by the things of this world.
Col.3.16 Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord. (NKJV)

The word of God must dwell in you richly. When the word is strong in you you will have the strength and audacity to stand against the enemy. You must know the word. You sow little in terms of the word you will reap little.
Your mindset must change. Eat the word. Practice the word. Spend time on the word.

Check your heart.

Good Morning brethren.

Kindly be advised that Mondays are days reserved for our pastor to rest. Let us take that into consideration.

Secondly, Matthew 21 vs 13 Jesus says my house shall be called a house of prayer.
Acts 6 vs 4 says the Apostle gave themselves continually into prayer.
Our father Pastor Timothy says we should be driven by prayer therefore be advised that there is a special church program in place.
Fridays are days dedicated and reserved to prayer and Fasting for the ministry at large.

The prayer and fasting will be from 6am to 6pm. Prayer points and scriptures for the day will be given.

The pastor is also spending most of his time praying for individuals personal needs, thus it is very important we participate and do our part on Friday. If you cheat, you will not be cheating Moruti but you will be cheating and hindering your own breakthrough.

Let us take this very serious. May God help and bless us as we became obedient faithful sons and daughters.

This morning I take this time to thank all my Students From Botswana, Liberia, Tanzania Uganda and Rwanda as they managed to complete their Certificate Training in Theology this morning. it is indeed a Journey to remember, I Saw this committed students waking up at 02am , 03am ,04am to attend lessons and for this reason I wish them well Even as they shall be continuing with their Diploma course.more Grace to them.MAKING IMPACT IS KEY 💪💪💪

You just can’t stay busy with all the distractions of the world and still draw out what God is telling you to do.You have to get quiet in your spirit and listen to Him.When you get quiet and listen you’ll come to a place where you’ll just know in your heart that you’ve received the counsel of the Lord. You will have a “KNOWING.”
