It is important for Believers to learn the doctrine of the Person of the Holy Spirit because our relationship with God is incomplete without a proper understanding of who the Holy Spirit is and what He does.
Many believers know about God the Father and Jesus Christ, but often have limited understanding of the Holy Spirit, even though He is actively involved in every aspect of the Christian life.

The church should ask teenagers identity questions because adolescence is the season when a person is actively answering the question, “Who am I?” If the church does not help them answer it biblically and honestly, many other voices will gladly answer it for them.

* Is there a version of yourself that people see at church, school, or home that isn’t really the whole you?
* What do people misunderstand about you?
* What parts of yourself do you try to hide?

If a teenager believes, “I’m not good enough,” “I’m unwanted,” or “I’m a failure,” those beliefs will influence their choices for years.

Proverbs 23:7 — “As a man thinks in his heart, so is he.”

Parents often see the behavior but miss the deeper belief driving it.

When a church helps teenagers answer those questions, it is not simply running a youth ministry—it is helping shape future disciples, leaders, spouses, parents, and kingdom influencers.

Parents, your child may be or may not be a teenager yet…

But peer pressure has already started.

It may not look like the things we usually worry about.

Sometimes it sounds like:

“Everybody is doing it.”

“Don't be boring.”

“If you're my friend, you'll do it.”

Or simply:

“Come on, nobody will know.”

And this is why the conversation needs to start before the pressure gets serious.
