THEME: JEHOVAH JIREH – THE LORD WHO SEES AND PROVIDES

TITLE: PROVOKING DIVINE PROVISIONS
MINISTERING: PASTOR KB THULAGANYO

Divine provision is a reality, for Jesus came that we may have life abundantly. Even in the midst of challenges, we can have confidence for victory because God is deeply interested in our lives. (John 10:10; John 3:16)

Many become frustrated because they lack the faith to access what God has already made available for them. Never place money above God’s principles. His provision is not based on your perfection or performance. God’s blessing was established even before your birth, and it takes faith to walk into it. (Romans 4:13 MSG)God did not create us to live a life of constant struggle. (Hebrews 4:16)

It takes the right mentality to understand the flow of heaven’s resources. (Genesis 22:13–14) God provides as we see and understand what He has made available. He takes care of the details and meets our needs. Sometimes, He takes us through a process that teaches us lessons and strengthens us for the breakthrough ahead.

Do not develop a sense of entitlement toward God’s blessings. It is His choice to bless. Our mistakes or good choices do not determine His willingness to provide. God requires us to develop a mentality that positions us to experience His provision.

1. HAVE AN ABUNDANCE MENTALITY✨ (Genesis 22:8)

Where there is a need, God has provision. There are provisions for every area of life. We must remain conscious of what Christ has already provided for us. (2 Corinthians 8:9)Be fully convinced that the necessary resources are available.

2. HAVE A GIVING MENTALITY✨ (Genesis 22:16; Luke 6:38; Proverbs 11:24)

Be a willing and sacrificial giver. What we give reflects the quality of our giving heart. Do not hoard what God has placed in your hands, because holding on to everything can hinder your ability to receive.

Sacrificial giving can lead to sacrificial vows and deeper encounters with God. (1 Kings 17:12–14; 1 Kings 3:3–5)

3. HAVE A WEALTH-CREATION MENTALITY✨

God can entrust us with more as we learn to manage well what is already in our hands. Prove yourself to be a faithful steward. (Matthew 25:14–30) Do not take for granted what you already possess; manage it wisely and increase in your stewardship.

Be intentional about engaging in legitimate practices that generate income. Keep learning, keep developing your skills, and keep putting what you learn into practice. Have a wealth-creation mentality rather than being a consumer only.
