Preacher: Rev Matlhogonolo Ndlovu
Theme: Moving On
Readins: Exodus 33:1-6
Sometimes as people, we become too comfortable with life as we know it to a point where moving on is not an option instead we see it as a burden and a disruption of our comfort zone.
We were challenged in to realization that we have actually over stayed our camps as we have been stuck in one place for too long therefore it is time to move on to where God wants us to be. It is a time to let go of the past and welcome a new beginning even if it is costly. We should not confuse movement with progress as they are not the same.
It is important for us to move forward to the promised land as it is about the future and not our cutting thoughts and preparations. Life urges us to be aware of the traps we are in thus being vigilant at all times. Where we are going doesn't matter but to trust the process and allow God to lead. He is calling us to listen to Him and be ready to pay the price of moving forward.
We should guard against the element of satisfaction, stop lingering in the past, be alert at all times, avoid distractions and move towards what God has envisioned for us.
