MINISTERING// APOSTLE EDWARD// TITLE MESSAGE//WE MUST HAVE A SPIRIT OF DISCERNMENT//SCRIPTURE REF// ACTS 2:1-16

●As christians we must have a spirit of discernment
●In order to discern we have to be filled with the Holy Spirit
●The Holy Spirit comes upon us when we read the word of God and pray accordingly.
●The disciples of Jesus were praying together when the Holy Spirit came upon them.
●A noise came like a rushing wind and they were all filled with power and boldness.
●They started preaching and began to speak in other tongues.
●The wind of the Holy Spirit comes with discernment.
●We have to be alert in the spirit and be able to discern any good or bad thing in our surroundings.
●A spirit filled christian can not be caught unawares by evil.
●The spirit of God inspires and leads us
●So we must always be sensitive and allow the spirit to teach us.
●Christians that are not spirit filled are cold and so limit God to work through them.
●The spirit of God brings strength,boldness,peace,healing,employment,jobs, marriage,joy etc.
●Let us all be sensitive to the spirit in order to be spiritually strong and not be weak christians.

MINISTERING//PASTOR MASEKO//TITLE MESSAGE//TRUST AND FOCUS UPON THE LORD// SCRIPTURE REF:JAMES 1:5-8

-The truth is people of God are not focused on the Lord.
-We are looking here and there instead of just looking unto Jesus.
-We have the mentality which says God helps those who help themselves.
-I have never come across that Scripture in the bible.
-This gives people the liberty to go to witch doctors and sangomas.
-Our God is a jelous God,He does not want to be double crossed.
-If we ask anything from God we must believe wholeheartedly and He will give to us generously.
-A double minded person can not recieve from God because he is not stable.
-Such a person is like a wave being tossed about in the sea.
-People must have a stand,if your trust is in God then stay focused and you shall not be put to shame.
-Instability is the same as doubting God and that is why people think they can help God by consulting evil spirits.
-How long are we going to stagger between two opinions?
-Let's choose now whom we are going to serve just as Joshua declared to the Israelites and said 'As for me and my house we will serve the Lord'

PRAYER POINTS
-Let's ask God to give us true faith in Him.
-God to direct our steps and remove doubt from our hearts
-God to give us stability and
help us to stay focused.

TITLE MESSAGE//ARE YOU FREE?
SCRIPTURE REF// JOHN 8:32-36

▪︎We all need freedom but we are looking for it in wrong places.
▪︎Many people are living their lives in bo***ge
▪︎Poeple are living like they are still going through the slave trade era.
▪︎The Scripture tells us that if we know the truth it will set us free.
▪︎It goes on to say if the son sets us free we shall be free indeed.
▪︎We are bound by the chains of sin
▪︎If we want to enjoy real freedom we have to refrain from sin.
▪︎The chains of bo***ge are broken when we accept Jesus Christ and live according to God's word.
▪︎We are perishing because we lack knowledge of the truth.
▪︎Many people are slaves under the kingdom of the devil.
▪︎Jesus is the only one who can break the chains of sin.
▪︎Let us cast all our burdens unto Him and enjoy freedom in its fullness.
▪︎Prayer points
-Lord we need true freedom that comes straight from you.
-Set us free from sin and we shall be free indeed
-Break every chain that is still holding us. Amen
