Did you know that for some people, church doesn't begin at 10am on a Sunday? It begins earlier: setting up the kitchen for morning tea, planning for the kids' ministry, and band and audio practice for worship. Thank you to all our volunteers who make Sunday mornings at Crossway Upwey truly special!❤

Last Sunday, we had the exciting opportunity to hear from one of our young adults, Monica, about her overseas mission trip to Thailand! It was inspiring to hear her stories about how God is moving in Thailand, how she grew in her faith, and, even more exciting, to pray for Monica and send her out again, this time on a faith expedition to New Zealand!

We pray that God will continue to reveal Himself to you, Monica, to guide you and keep you as you embark on this exciting journey❤

Life is one big adventure, and what a blessing it is to have a group of Christ-lovers to journey with❤Crossway Upwey's Young Adults is community-minded. There's no "curriculum" or "plan" or "agenda"; just a group of brothers and sisters in Christ, reading The Word together, worshipping together, and doing life together✝

If you want to learn more about Jesus through community, come join us! There's always room for you!

Alpha is coming back for the third week!

What is Alpha? It is an opportunity for you and your friends to explore life and the Christian faith, to ask questions and share your point of view in an open, friendly environment. It is free and there is no pressure or commitment.

While we recommend attending the first three sessions in order to understand some of the things we discuss, maybe you've got questions about faith, life, or who God is. Maybe you know someone who does.

We would love to discuss these questions with you at our church, at 21 Darling Ave (Cnr Burwood Hwy & Darling Ave), Upwey, VIC 3158. Service is on Sunday at 10am.

We got some wonderful answers! David, for his ardent pursuit of God in the midst of suffering. Ruth, who was rewarded for her faithfulness and loyalty in the face of hardship. Esther, for her courage and wisdom when her people's fate sat on her shoulders. ✝
