3am Ryde Church 3am Ryde is a group of warm and friendly Christians in Ryde We study the Bible and share the amazing news of God's unfailing love. Our Mission is Know Jesus.

We also organise lots of fun activities - camps, bushwalking, putt-putt, ice-skating, day trips, picnics, etc. Whether you're a Christian or not, we'd love to have you come along and hang out with us! Join this group to keep in touch with 3am and hear about the social events that we plan. Share Him. Be Like Him. Our Vision is

Hi everyone! 😊

We’re excited to invite you to join our **Fit for Purpose – 30-Day Move & Health Challenge** starting on **6 July**.

This challenge is all about encouraging one another, building healthy habits, and having fun together. Form a team of 4 and earn points through daily steps, exercise, healthy eating, and team activities.

📏 Initial Measurements: Saturday, 4 July at 1:30 PM in the church.

🏆 Awards will be presented for:
🥇 1st Place Team
🥈 2nd Place Team
🌟 Best Individual Performance – Women’s Category & Men’s Category

We’ll finish with a **Celebration Potluck Dinner & Awards Night on Sunday, 9 August at 6:00 PM**.

Whether you’re already active or just beginning your health journey, everyone is welcome. The challenge is not about perfection—it’s about making progress together and encouraging one another along the way.
