Some comments about our Messy Church:

Why Messy Church? Coz life's not just neat and tidy. Messy Church is a welcoming space for everyone of all ages to come together, bringing our messy lives to explore and share faith. We are a community that's become like an extended family.

Each month we explore a theme. This month is PRAYER.

First is ACTIVITY TIME. We'll set up a heap of choices of things all ages can enjoy together in the hall, all based around the theme of prayer.. table games, things to make, art projects, active games, a toy area and afternoon tea.

Then comes FAMILY TIME, a short celebration exploring prayer through an interactive story, songs and then a prayer activity.

DINNER together is always special too thanks to our amazing cooking team.

Anyone and everyone is welcome.

Mothers Union have blessed thousands around the world. This year they celebrate 150 years of ministry. This Sunday we are celebrating at both our morning services.
We are thankful for every generation.

Mission to Seafarers Newcastle chaplain Fr Garry Dodd was with us at both services today, updating us on this amazing mission. We were all so encouraged and blessed by his stories and message from Jacob's encounter in Genesis 28, God is here, he meets us in a myriad of ways. We get to encounter him and point others to his love and care.

The first photo is Garry (right) with our own Dave Tull (next to him) who volunteers every week along with his faithful wife Fay.

The second is from today with Graham, Elizabeth and the elder Fr. Gary.

May God continue to use Garry and all at Mission to Seafarers as you share his love to the nations in the name of Christ.

Faith and fun can go together. That's why we've started Messy Church Cardiff. It's a welcoming space with lovely people.
At this month's Christmas in July Messy Church one choice for you is designing and decorating your own Christmas 'ugly' jumpers. This video gives some inspiration! Come wearing your own festive colour jumper to decorate. We'll also have heaps to choose from in case.
