Jesus called Peter out of the boat.

We know the story.

And then Peter looked away and started to drown.

An interesting point is that Jesus wouldn’t call us to Himself if it wasn’t possible.

If it wasn’t possible for Peter to get to Jesus, then why would He call him out of the boat?

Often in our spiritual lives, we know that God is real, that He speaks to us and calls us to Himself - but we question if we can actually reach Him. We think that maybe getting close to Jesus is for the holy saints.

I believe it’s possible for all of us to be drawn close to Jesus. Otherwise, He wouldn’t have said it.

So allow Jesus to draw you onto the water. Allow Him to draw you to Himself.
