🐘 A Gift for Buddha's Birthday | New Children's Book Launch 🎊

📅 Today, on the 8th day of the 4th lunar month—Buddha’s Birthday—Nan Tien Temple joyfully hosted the highly anticipated book launch of 《Seeking Treasure with Bodhi》, celebrating this sacred day with families and children!

🌟 Over two thousand years ago, Prince Siddhartha was born into the world, eventually becoming the Buddha and bringing the light of purity and awakening to humanity.

🌱 More than two thousand years later, the launch of 《Seeking Treasure with Bodhi》 at Nan Tien Temple plants the seeds of the Three Acts of Goodness in young hearts, blossoming into a vibrant future.

💖 While the bustle and worries of the world are inevitable, equipping children with meditation and mindfulness helps them move forward courageously, facing life with kindness and building good affinities.

📖 A heartfelt thank you to all the families who attended today. Together with author Karen Hendriks Children's Author, we stepped into the journey of Bodhi the elephant, realizing that inner peace and goodness are the most precious gifts of all.

📸 Let’s look back at these joyful moments from today!

🌟 Fo Guang Day | One Vision, One Heart 💖

💡 A golden opportunity of a millennium; a millennium encapsulated in this golden moment.

✍️ In celebration of the 60th anniversary of Fo Guang Shan, venerables and devotees gathered at the Main Shrine, sitting mindfully to transcribe sacred scriptures. With every stroke, they penned sincere prayers dedicating the merits to social harmony and the cessation of suffering for all beings.

🌏 At this very moment, across different time zones but united in one shared aspiration, Nan Tien Temple joined Fo Guang members from all five continents—collectively praying for world peace and the eternal flow of the Dharma water.

💍 A Perfect Union | Buddhist Wedding at Nan Tien Temple✨

🌸 On this auspicious day, a solemn and touching Buddhist wedding was recently held at Nan Tien Temple.

🙏 Before the Triple Gem, Venerable Man Ko presided over the ceremony as Hang Xu and Chia Yean Kee, were united in marriage. Nearly 200 friends, family, and Fo Guang members gathered to witness this joyful milestone. ❤️

👰 The Bride, Chia Yean from Malaysia, has served at Nan Tien Temple and the Hsing Yun Education Foundation. She has played a key role in coordinating major events, supporting the temple with unwavering devotion.

🤵 The Groom, Hang Xu, has served as a shrine attendant at the Main Shrine for over a decade. Regarding Nan Tien Temple as his home, he has spared no effort in supporting temple activities and Dharma services.

💖 Meeting through their shared path of service, they have chosen to walk through life together and build a family rooted in faith. The good affinities they have cultivated over the years have now blossomed into endless blessings. We are all honored to witness this significant chapter of their lives.

💐 Best Wishes to the Newlyweds: May you be blessed with lifelong harmony and eternal happiness under Buddha’s light.
