HOPE. LOVE. PARDON. WISDOM. PEACE. GRATITUDE. FAITH. STRENGTH. The virtues we need in our daily lives. The things we need to be praying to God for.

Here's an excerpt of ORATIO COTIDIANA, a Daily Prayer, an original Latin a capella song from our choir, inspired by our privilege as believers in Christ in seeking supplication from Him, not for our worldly desires, but for the virtues that really matter.

We invite you to join us for our regular masses!

Paying homage to GABRIEL'S OBOE, one of our favorite instrumental pieces.

Composed by Enrico Morricone in 1986 as the main theme for the film The Mission, it scores the story of Fr. Gabriel, a missionary connecting with indigenous people in South America. This piece is meant to evoke a feeling of calm and spiritual connection.

Blessed to be able to shoot this take on the equally serene and historical grounds of St. Aloysius Church in in the Clare Valley of , where the first Jesuits settled in Australia in 1848. If you listen closely, this cover comes complete with the chirping of Sevenhill's native birds 🐦, rustling leaves 🍂 and gentle winds 💨whistling with our music.

Come and listen live to Gabriel's Oboe during our regular masses, as we worship God in prayer and music!

Music has another powerful ability that almost nothing else can provide.

Music that is BEAUTIFUL, SACRED and APPROPRIATE for the scripture being celebrated in Holy Mass can provide churchgoers a next-level worship experience. One that harbors an environment of solemn spiritual reflection and prayer 🛐, making each feel closer to God 🙏 while attending the Holy Mass... and possibly beyond the church's doors.⛪

We believe in trying to achieve this in each of our services. And while we have been blessed to be able to continue our ministry coming up to 18 years now, we still strive to prepare appropriately for every one of our masses, including original and more contemporary hymns.

You can find us here:
ST IGNATIUS PARISH
Queen St,
6-7pm, 1st Saturdays of each month
5-6pm, 4th Sundays of each month

CHURCH OF THE GOOD SHEPHERD
St. Albans Place,
6-7pm, 2nd Saturdays of each month

Hope to be able to share our music with all of you!

Here's a throwback to an extra-chorale collaboration by some of our members from December 2024.

We were invited by a parish community to render this popular song, , fronted by our super tenor Marky Canios.

This was performed as thanksgiving for a family's incredible journey beginning with tragedy, fear and uncertainty, but with faith, strength, hope and total surrender to the Lord, ended in nothing short of a miracle.

Our choir was fortunate to have witnessed this miracle closely, and blessed to have played even just a small part of the family's . 🙏
