+++Fahrzeugübergabe+++

Abnehmbare Pritsche mit 92 mt Frontkran auf Scania R 560 an unseren Kunden Hermann Dagn GmbH.

Das Fahrzeug verfügt über einen Sattelhilfsrahmen in Sonderausführung der für den Frontkran in Kastenbauweise verstärkt ist. Die Sattelkupplung ist höhen- und längenverstellbar. Beim Frontkran handelt es sich um einen PK 92.002-SH mit 2,5 t Seilwinde am Kran und 6-fach Jib.

Der Pritschenaufbau bestehlt aus einer Stirnwand aus Alu-Hohlprofilen mit Stirnstehern. Weiters ist eine Stirnwandauflage aus Formrohr mit seitlichen Bindeösen verbaut. Abnehmbare Mittelsteher ermöglichen eine seitlich glatte Einladefläche. Die Bordwände verfügen hinten links und rechts über Klapptritte. 10 Paar Zurrbügel sind im Seitenrahmen verbaut.

Removable flatbed with a 92-meter-tonne front-mounted crane on a Scania R 560, delivered to our customer Hermann Dagn GmbH.

The vehicle features a custom-designed fifth-wheel subframe, reinforced with a box-section structure to accommodate the front-mounted crane. The fifth-wheel coupling is adjustable in both height and longitudinal position. The front-mounted crane is a PK 92.002-SH model, equipped with a 2.5-tonne winch and a 6-section jib.

The flatbed body consists of a front wall made of hollow aluminum profiles with integrated front uprights. Additionally, a front wall support made of hollow structural steel tubing with side lashing eyes is installed. Removable middle uprights allow for an unobstructed side-loading area. The drop sides feature folding steps on the rear left and right. Ten pairs of lashing brackets are integrated into the side frame.

Teleskopmastbühne TMB 42 - Werkfeuerwehr LyondellBasell

Das Fahrzeug basiert auf einem Scania G560 B8x4*4NA mit 4.550 mm Radstand und misst 11,09 m in der Länge, 2,55 m in der Breite sowie 3,77 m in der Höhe. Der feuerwehrtechnische Aufbau in Alu-Profilsystem verfügt über eine begehbare Plattform mit Aluminium-Lupenblech, LED-Konturbeleuchtung sowie mehrere Geräteräume mit Rollläden und Klappen.

Herzstück des Fahrzeugs ist die Bronto Skylift F42RPX-Teleskopmastbühne mit ausklappbarer Rettungsplattform, Krankentragenaufnahme und einer Winde zur Menschenrettung. Für die Brandbekämpfung stehen eine NP 10000 – FPN 10-10000, ein Schaummitteltank mit 1.500 Litern sowie ein EMPL-Schaumzumischsystem mit variabler Zumischrate von 0,1 bis 9,9 % zur Verfügung. Zusätzlich verfügt die TMB über einen ferngesteuerten Akron Stream Master II 3480 mit 3.500 l/min Leistung am Korb sowie Sprühdüsen an der Korbunterseite zum Schutz vor Hitze, Rauchgasen und Schadstoffen.

Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung zählen außerdem ein tragbarer 9-kVA-Generator, zwei Atemluftanschlüsse am Korb, Pressluftatmer auf Auszügen, Sprungkissen, Auf- und Abseilgeräte sowie ein modernes 360° Birdview-Kamerasystem. Gesteuert wird der gesamte feuerwehrtechnische Aufbau über die intuitive EMPL Smart Steuerung mit Drucktastern, Drehschaltern und übersichtlichem Flussdiagramm.

TMB 42 telescopic boom lift - LyondellBasell (LYB) plant fire brigade

The vehicle is based on a Scania G560 B8x4*4NA with a 4,550 mm wheelbase and measures 11.09 m in length, 2.55 m in width, and 3.77 m in height. The firefighting superstructure, constructed of an aluminum profile system, features a walk-on platform with an aluminum magnifying glass panel, LED contour lighting, and several equipment compartments with roller shutters and access panels.

The centerpiece of the vehicle is the Bronto Skylift F42RPX telescopic boom lift with a fold-out rescue platform, stretcher mount and a winch for rescuing people. For firefighting, the vehicle is equipped with an NP 10000 – FPN 10-10000 pump, a 1,500-liter foam concentrate tank, and an EMPL foam proportioning system with a variable proportioning rate of 0.1 to 9.9%. Additionally, the TMB features a remotely controlled Akron Stream Master II 3480 with a flow rate of 3,500 l/min mounted on the basket, as well as spray nozzles on the underside of the basket for protection against heat, smoke and hazardous materials.

The extensive equipment also includes a portable 9 kVA generator, two breathing air connections on the basket, self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) on pull-out trays, rescue cushions, rope access equipment and a modern 360° bird's-eye view camera system. All firefighting equipment is controlled via the intuitive EMPL Smart control system with push buttons, rotary switches and a clear flowchart.

Als Basis dient ein Scania S 770 8x4, ausgestattet mit einer 30 t Hauptwinde sowie einer zusätzlichen 15 t Winde am Hauptarm, der über einen integrierten Teleskop-Bergearm verfügt. Ergänzend ist am Hilfsrahmen eine 10 t Winde mit seitlichem Auszug in Fahrtrichtung rechts und hydraulischer Abstützung montiert. Die gesamte Bedienung erfolgt komfortabel über eine proportionale Funkfernsteuerung sowie ein 12-Zoll-Display am Bedienstand. Ein besonderes technisches Highlight sind die beidseitig um jeweils 400 mm hydraulisch ausfahrbaren Bergestützen, die zusätzliche Stabilität bei Bergungsarbeiten bieten.

Die individuell gefertigten Edelstahl-Staukästen beherbergen sämtliche Berge- und Schlepputensilien sowie einen 40-Liter-Wassertank. Eine schwarz eloxierte Reling mit integrierter LED-Beleuchtung sorgt für optimale Sicht und Sicherheit. Zusätzliche Ablagewannen zwischen Staukästen und Hauptarm erhöhen die Praxistauglichkeit im täglichen Einsatz. Ballastgewichte unter und hinter dem Fahrerhaus gewährleisten eine optimale Auslastung der Vorderachse und verbessern den Abschleppvorgang. Heavy-Duty Recovery & Towing Vehicle EH/W 200 BISON – Bergungsdienst Brameier Schopsdorf GmbH

The vehicle is based on a Scania S 770 8x4 chassis and is equipped with a 30-tonne main winch and an additional 15-tonne winch on the main boom, which features an integrated telescopic recovery arm. Additionally, a 10-tonne winch—featuring lateral extension to the right (passenger side) and hydraulic outriggers—is mounted on the subframe. Operation is conveniently managed via a proportional radio remote control and a 12-inch display at the control station. A notable technical feature is the recovery outriggers, which can be hydraulically extended by 400 mm on each side to provide extra stability during recovery operations.

Custom-made stainless steel storage compartments house all recovery and towing equipment, as well as a 40-liter water tank. A black anodized railing with integrated LED lighting ensures optimal visibility and safety. Additional storage trays located between the compartments and the main boom enhance practicality for daily use. Ballast weights positioned beneath and behind the cab ensure optimal front-axle loading and improve towing performance. The extensive safety package includes a "flyer" (roof-mounted light bar assembly), a comprehensive LED lighting system—featuring perimeter lighting, position lights, work lights, and strobe lights—as well as an extendable LED light mast, a reversing camera system, and cameras mounted on the outrigger legs.

Kürzlich an die Werkfeuerwehr Wacker Chemie AG Nünchritz ausgeliefert. HULF Löscharm SCORPIO auf Mercedes Benz Arocs 2846.

Das Hilfeleistungs-Universallöschfahrzeug verfügt über einen 2.000l Wassertank, 2.000l Schaumtank, eine entnehmbare 240 kg Co²-Löschanlage mit einer Schlauchhaspel je Fahrzeugseite und einen 20 kVA Einbaustromgenerator. 4 PA-Sitze sind im Mannschaftsraum verbaut. Ein zusätzliches Regal- & Schranksystem im MR beherbergt unter anderem Wärmebildkamera, Messtruppkoffer, Wechselbekleidung, Handlampen, Atemschutzmasken, Kletterhelme und Spannungsprüfer.

Der Geräteraum, verschlossen mit Heckklappe mit integriertem Rolltor, beherbergt die 8.000er Einbaupumpe mit verbauter CTD Schaumzumischanlage und das Pumpenbedienfeld. An der Fahrzeugfront sind ein 2.000er Frontwasserwerfer sowie eine Rotzler Treibmatic TR030/7 Winde verbaut. Am Dach befinden sich ein dreh- und schwenkbarer Lichtmast mit 8 LED Strahlern, 360° Bird-View Kamera, zwei elektrische Leiterabsenkvorrichtungen für Schlauchdachbox sowie für eine 4-teilige Steckleiter und der 25m Aluminium Löscharm SCORPIO mit 4.000er Werfer.

Zur umfangreichen Beladung zählen unter anderem tragbare Wasserwerfer, hydraulischer Rettungssatz elektrisch, Kleinlöschgeräte (Pulver,- Co²,- Wasser,- Metallbrandlöscher), Hochleistungslüfter, Druckschläuche, Schlauchtragekörbe, Schaumwasserwerfer, Scheinwerfer uvm.

Recently delivered to the Wacker Chemie AG Nünchritz plant fire department: a SCORPIO multi-purpose rescue and firefighting vehicle (HULF) with an articulating boom, mounted on a Mercedes-Benz Arocs 2846 chassis.

This versatile rescue and firefighting vehicle is equipped with a 2,000-liter water tank, a 2,000-liter foam tank, a removable 240 kg CO2 extinguishing system (with a hose reel on each side of the vehicle), and a built-in 20 kVA generator. Four seats with integrated breathing apparatus (BA) mounts are installed in the crew cab. An additional shelving and cabinet system in the crew cab stores items such as a thermal imaging camera, a measurement team kit, spare clothing, handheld lights, breathing masks, climbing helmets, and voltage testers.

The rear equipment compartment—secured by a tailgate with an integrated roller shutter—houses the 8,000 l/min built-in pump (featuring a CTD foam proportioning system) and the pump control panel. A 2,000 l/min front-mounted water monitor and a Rotzler Treibmatic TR030/7 winch are installed at the front of the vehicle. The roof features a rotating and tilting light mast with 8 LED floodlights, a 360° bird's-eye view camera, two electric ladder-lowering systems (one for a roof-mounted hose box and one for a 4-section plug-in ladder), and the 25-meter aluminum SCORPIO articulating boom with a 4,000 l/min monitor.

The extensive equipment inventory includes portable water monitors, an electric hydraulic rescue set, small firefighting appliances (powder, CO2, water, and metal fire extinguishers), a high-performance ventilator, pressure hoses, hose carrying baskets, foam monitors, floodlights, and much more.

GW-HRET auf MAN TGM 18.320 4x4 an die Groupe de reconnaissance et d'intervention en milieu périlleux. Die G.R.I.M.P. ist eine Spezialeinheit des luxemburgischen Rettungsdienstes CGDIS - Corps grand-ducal d'incendie et de secours. Die Einheit ist auf technisch anspruchsvolle Rettungseinsätze in großen Höhen, Tiefen oder unwegsamem Gelände spezialisiert, bei denen seilgestützte Techniken erforderlich sind.

Der Gerätewagen ist als verstärkter Kofferaufbau mit insgesamt 24 integrierten Anschlagpunkte ausgeführt, welche für unterschiedlichste Manöver zum Retten und Bergen eingesetzt werden. Jeder Anschlagpunkt hält einer statischen Last von 1200daN stand. Die beleuchtete Kontur der Dachfläche dient als weitere Sicherheitsmaßnahme zur Kenntlichmachung der Absturzkanten. Im Inneren des Aufbaus befinden sich eine Werkbank sowie Regalsysteme zur Verstauung spezialisierter Höhenrettungsausrüstung.

A GW-HRET (specialized equipment vehicle for high-angle/technical rescue) built on an MAN TGM 18.320 4x4 chassis has been delivered to the *Groupe de reconnaissance et d'intervention en milieu périlleux* (G.R.I.M.P.). G.R.I.M.P. is a specialized unit within the Luxembourgish rescue service, CGDIS (*Corps grand-ducal d'incendie et de secours*). The unit specializes in technically demanding rescue operations at great heights or depths, or in rugged terrain, where rope-based techniques are required.

The vehicle features a reinforced box body with a total of 24 integrated anchor points used for a wide range of rescue and recovery maneuvers. Each anchor point is capable of withstanding a static load of 1,200 daN. The illuminated outline of the roof serves as an additional safety measure to highlight fall edges. Inside the body, there is a workbench and shelving systems for stowing specialized high-angle rescue equipment.

The vehicle features an 8-ton stainless steel platform, a 4-ton underlift (including car wheel cradles and truck axle forks), a hydraulically sliding 6.8-ton winch on the bed, integrated storage compartments and a long platform-extension cylinder to improve the approach angle.

Additionally, the vehicle is equipped with a powerful PK 33002 EH loading crane featuring a winch and outriggers. Supplementary equipment includes a lifting yoke with folding side arms, hooks for roof strap attachment and adjustable universal wheel clamps.

HLFA 3 an die Freiwillige Feuerwehr Großkrut auf Scania P 420 4x4 mit CrewCab. Das Hilfeleistungsfahrzeug ist für eine Besatzung von 1+8 mit 3 PA-Sitzen in der Kabine.

Das HLFA 3 verfügt über einen 3.200 l Wassertank, einen 100 l Schaummitteltank und eine Feuerlöscheinbaupumpe ND 10/3000 im Geräteraum. Die Bedienung erfolgt über einen mechanischen Pumpenbedienstand. Im Geräteraum ist eine gebremste Niederdruckhaspel mit elektrischer Aufspulvorrichtung, Fußpedalbedienung und 40 m Schlauch samt Hohlstrahlrohr verbaut. Weiters sind eine Schaumschnellangriffseinrichtung mittels Storz C-Druckabgang, 30 m Schlauch, Hohlstrahlrohr, Kombischaumrohr sowie abnehmbarem Z2 Zumischer und ein Straßenwaschbalken verbaut. An der Fahrzeugfront befindet sich eine Rotzler Treibmatic Seilwinde mit 58 kN Zugkraft und Auszug nach vorne.

Stationär am Dach ist ein 3.000 l/min Monitor welcher zusätzlich mittels Bodengestell transportabel verwendet werden kann. Am Dach ist weiters ein Dachkasten, 2-teilige Schiebeleiter, 3-teilige Mehrzweckleiter, eine Heckwarnanlage sowie ein Lichtmast mit einer dreh- und schwenkbaren Scheinwerfereinheit von 2 x 63.000 lm und 4 Stück 8.800 lm Scheinwerfer Breitstrahler in 360° Anordnung verbaut.

Zur feuerwehrtechnischen Beladung zählen unter anderem Stromerzeuger, hydraulischer Rettungssatz, Kleinlöschgeräte, Akku-Lüfter, Schlauchmaterial, Lichtfluter mit Stativ, Unterwasserpumpe, Korbtrage, Hebekissensatz uvm.

HLFA 3 (Heavy-Duty Rescue and Firefighting Vehicle) delivered to the Großkrut Volunteer Fire Department, built on a Scania P 420 4x4 chassis with a crew cab. The vehicle accommodates a crew of nine (1+8), with three seats in the cab equipped for personnel wearing breathing apparatus (BA).

The HLFA 3 features a 3,200-liter water tank, a 100-liter foam concentrate tank and an ND 10/3000 built-in fire pump located in the equipment compartment. Operation is managed via a mechanical pump control panel. The equipment compartment houses a braked low-pressure hose reel with an electric rewind mechanism, foot-pedal operation and 40 meters of hose complete with a fog nozzle. Additional equipment includes a rapid-attack foam system (utilizing a Storz C-coupling outlet, 30 m of hose, a fog nozzle, a combination foam pipe, and a detachable Z2 foam proportioner) and a front-mounted street-washing spray bar. A Rotzler Treibmatic winch with a 58 kN pulling force and forward-facing cable exit is mounted at the front of the vehicle.

A roof-mounted monitor with a capacity of 3,000 l/min is installed; it can also be detached and used portably with a ground stand. The roof assembly also includes a storage box, a two-section sliding ladder, a three-section multi-purpose ladder, a rear warning system and a light mast. The mast features a tilt-and-swivel floodlight unit (2 x 63,000 lm) and four 8,800 lm wide-beam floodlights arranged for 360-degree illumination.

Firefighting and rescue equipment includes, among other items, a power generator, a hydraulic rescue set, small extinguishing devices, a battery-powered ventilator, hoses, floodlights with tripods, a submersible pump, a basket stretcher, a lifting bag set and much more.

Das Fahrzeug verfügt über zwei 20 t Winden am Hauptarm. Die Bedienung erfolgt über eine Funkfernsteuerung. Da das Fahrzeug hauptsächlich zum Abschleppen von Bussen vorgesehen ist, ist die Vorderachse mit Ballastgewichten unter und hinter der Fahrerkabine soweit möglich ausgelastet. Eine dieselbetriebene Standheizung gewährleistet Frostschutz bei beiden Staukästen.

Zur Sicherheitsausstattung zählen unter anderem Warnlichtbalken Flyer, ein umfassendes Beleuchtungspaket sowie ein Rückfahrvideosystem.

Delivery of a heavy-duty recovery and towing vehicle—the EH/W 200 BISON mounted on a MAN TGS 33.520 6x4 chassis—to our customer KEIL M.A. in Estonia.

The vehicle is equipped with two 20-tonne winches on the main boom and is operated via radio remote control. As the vehicle is primarily intended for towing buses, the front axle is loaded to capacity using ballast weights positioned beneath and behind the cab. A diesel-powered auxiliary heater ensures frost protection for both storage compartments.

Safety features include, among other things, "Flyer" warning light bars, a comprehensive lighting package, and a reversing camera system.
