The church has no boundaries,every pastor,evangelist,apostle,teacher of the word or prophet combine despite the fact that they have different views,the church treats them fairly altogether
But the ministry is the department of the church which has a functioning government which makes it effective without much interference from another ministry
The church has overall authority
One pastor is a pastor of the church and his ministry
