Greetings,

Help share the word that the General Board of Global Ministries’ Leadership Development and Scholarships application portal is now open for United Methodist students seeking undergraduate and graduate study at colleges, universities, and seminaries worldwide.
In 2025, Global Ministries awarded more than 100 of these highly selective scholarships with a focus on community leadership to students at 57 schools. This financial aid has helped support these students as they pursue their dreams to serve as the next generation of leaders. Students may submit one application each year.

The ZEAC UMYF president attended the 3 Day Annual Conference for the The Methodist Church In Zimbabwe held over the past weekend. This event strengthened the relations and partnership we have with the other Methodist churches of the Wesylan family.

This 35th Conference united members of the Methodist Church of Southern Africa where the General Secretary of Africa Methodist Council Youth Movement represented the connexion together with the General Treasurer P*e Rumbie , gaining valuable insights for enhancing youth ministry across the region.

Warm Congratulations to the President Kundai Chikaura, the entire executive and the youth coordinator Rev M Chiwara for successfully hosting the Conference.

The pictures below include the excursion, bonfire and awards ceremony held during the conference in Nyanga at Village Inn.
