Greetings ZEAC family!!!
Kindly receive update towards our upcoming Zeac Annual Conference at First Class Group of Schools in Fern Valley Mutare.
The event will run overnight and ends with a celebratory dinner hence our Dresscode is strictly formal wear that suits an evening event.
Arrival time: 6pm
The delegate fee is $20 per delegate. Each District is to bring 7 delegates.
Nb* We're also extending our invitation to every Circuit president from all Districts to grace the conference, paying the same delegate fee of $20.
After dinner we will take a rest and blankets will be provided except for Linen henceforth remember to carry your bedding and toiletries as we will depart the next day proceeding to our excursion in Vumba(using own transport) and we recommend that you also bring comfy casual clothes like any Zeac or UMC branded tshirt and jeans. Don't forget Snacks for the Bring n Share during Sight seeing
