📕Now Lot, who was moving about with Abram, also had flocks and herds and tents.

When Abram was called by God to leave his land of abode to a land flowing with milk and honey, Lot also left with him. In the passage of time, Abram’s flocks and possessions increased, so were Lot also. As long as Lot remained with Abram, he remained blessed.

There is a blessing which comes by association. Because Abram was blessed, lot was blessed also. Be careful who you associate with!

📗But the land could not support them while they stayed together, for their possessions were so great that they were not able to stay together.
