Friday 3 April, Good Friday, was truly a special and meaningful moment for the women of Celebration Church Chikanga. On this sacred day that commemorates the sacrifice of Jesus Christ on the cross, the ladies set aside time for a refreshing and spirit-filled outing at White Horse Inn.
Surrounded by the serene beauty of Vumba, the day was filled with laughter, bonding, and spiritual reflection. As they remembered the significance of Good Friday—God’s love demonstrated through Christ’s sacrifice—it became more than just an outing, but a time of renewal, gratitude, and strengthening one another in faith.
Moments like these remind us of the importance of fellowship, rest, and unity among women in the Kingdom. Truly, it was a day well spent, creating lasting memories and deepening relationships.

Raising a Strong Generation Through Unity and Growth
On Friday night, 17 April 2026, Celebration Church Chikanga brought together its vibrant youth for a powerful time of training, bonding, and spiritual growth. The gathering was centered on building unity, encouraging teamwork, and equipping young people to live purposeful lives in Christ.
Through shared activities such as watching the motivational movie The Forge, the youth were inspired to reflect on discipline, purpose, and standing firm in their faith. Moments like these create a platform where young minds are sharpened, relationships are strengthened, and spiritual growth is nurtured.
As a church, we believe that when young people come together, learn together, and grow together, they become a strong force for positive impact in the kingdom and the community.

A Glorious Day of New Beginnings
On Sunday, 29 March 2026, heaven rejoiced as 6 precious souls made the life-changing decision to give their lives to Christ and publicly declare their faith through baptism.
Led by F.O.C Pastor Gibson Mataga, this powerful moment was not just a ceremony, but a bold step of obedience and a true reflection of God’s saving grace at work. It was a beautiful reminder that God is still transforming lives and calling His people into His marvelous light.
As these new believers begin their journey of faith, they will continue to be nurtured, guided, and mentored in the Word, growing stronger each day in their walk with Christ. As a church family, we stand with them in prayer and support, trusting God to complete the good work He has started in their lives.
“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new is here!” 2 Corinthians 5:17

🔥 ONE FAITH. ONE FAMILY. PLAY, PRAY & PRAISE! 🔥
What an unforgettable Saturday it was! On the 18th of April 2026, Celebration Church Chikanga proudly hosted a powerful and joy-filled Family Fun Day that brought our community together in the most beautiful way.
From thrilling quad biking 🏍️ to competitive soccer and volleyball ⚽🏐, from laughter-filled moments on the jumping castle and slide pool 💦 to the intensity of tug of war and the eating competition 🍽️—there was truly something for everyone! The Zumba session 💃 added the perfect spark of energy and celebration.
More than 240 people gathered, not just for fun—but for connection, fellowship, and a shared experience of God’s love. ❤️
A massive THANK YOU to our incredible family from Celebration Metro, Celebration Sakubva, Celebration Dangamvura, and Celebration Rusape. Your support and unity made this day extra special.
🙌 We give all the glory to God for the spirit of teamwork, love, and joy that filled the atmosphere.
