The Junior Youth of the Diocese of Mutare held a congress at St. Killian’s Mission from April 23-26 under the theme "Take Courage, I Have Overcome the World." The event addressed youth challenges such as peer pressure, substance abuse, and early marriage, with open discussions including bonfire talks on marriage and community unity. Economic hardships were noted as contributing factors to risky behaviors like seeking support from sugar daddies and mummies. Youth were encouraged to find strength and hope in Christ, emphasizing faith as their source of courage. They expressed a desire for more gatherings to strengthen their faith and community bonds.

St Michael's Tongogara and St Anes Chabata Youth had a get together last weekend.It was a fun day which included eating competition, team building, volleyball ,soccer and netball tournament.It was meant for talent building and to inspire the young men and women to live with purpose ,and also to connect and make friends.
