Exodus, 1
8 Now there arose up a new king over Egypt, which knew not Joseph.
9 And he said unto his people, Behold, the people of the children of Israel are more and mightier than we:
10 Come on, let us deal wisely with them; lest they multiply, and it come to pass, that, when there falleth out any war, they join also unto our enemies, and fight against us, and so get them up out of the land.
*Topic* become who God says you are 2
*Background*
The story happens when Joseph's brother sold him to Egypt and he becomes the second in command to the king during the great drought he saved his family and they relocate to Egypt where he nourished them with the good of the land. It came to pass that when Joseph was dead then arose another king who did not care about what Joseph did for the Egyptians. And he afflicted the Israelites.
Lessons
We are seeing that it's the enemy that realise the potential in the Israelites whilst they didn't realise it. The devil knows how powerful you are more than you know yourself. The devil has been defeated on the cross when Jesus died and rose that much he knows. He also knows that all power and authority has been given to those who believe in Jesus. He also knows that he is under the feet of all who believes in Jesus name. But unfortunately those who have all that the devil knew is ignorant of those facts that's why he is so happy when you depend upon men/women of God this shows the devil that you don't know who you are in Jesus christ. One has a question so what is the purpose of the men/women of God they are just there to equip you eph4: 11 And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;
12 For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:
13 Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ: note note
