Date:3 April 2026
Location: *Throne Room International Church, Marondera*
I. *Opening Statement*
Grace and peace to the leadership, the congregation, and our partners. We stand today at a pivotal moment in our ministry’s journey. The past year has been defined by a shift from foundation-laying to active expansion, as we continue to establish a sanctuary of excellence and a hub for spiritual and communal empowerment here in Marondera.
II. *Strategic Pillars & Progress*
1. _Leadership & Capacity Building_
Our commitment to developing the next generation of leaders remains our highest priority. We have moved beyond simple mentorship into a structured coaching and replication model. By empowering our core leadership team—including the dedicated efforts of our administrators and department heads—we are ensuring that the vision of this house is not just carried by one, but is ingrained in the many.
2. _Community Engagement & Youth Empowerment_
The church is not a fortress; it is a fountain. This year, we have significantly increased our footprint in the community through:
_Youth Exchange Initiatives: Bridging the gap between spiritual growth and practical life skills, focusing on financial literacy and leadership._
Outreach Programs: Identifying and addressing the specific needs of our district, ensuring the church remains a relevant pillar of support for the vulnerable.
3. *Infrastructure & Digital Presence*
To reach a global audience, we have prioritized our digital transformation.
Digital Branding: Professionalizing our internal and external communications through high-quality visual media and social media engagement.
*Facility Management:* We continue to optimize our physical spaces—from the Solution Center to our main sanctuary—ensuring they are equipped for both worship and high-level administrative operations.
III. *Administrative Excellence*
We are refining our operational frameworks to ensure accountability and efficiency. This includes the successful implementation of:
Standardized reporting for all departments.
The integration of technical utilities to ensure uninterrupted service, regardless of external infrastructure challenges.
Enhanced document management and transcription services to preserve the word and vision shared from this pulpit.
IV. *The Vision Ahead
As we look toward the remainder of 2026, our focus is Consolidation and Impact*
Expansion: Strengthening our regional response groups and environmental stewardship roles.
Completion: Finalizing ongoing structural projects (Solution Center) to provide a permanent, world-class environment for our ministry operations.
*Innovation:* Exploring new ways to use technology to disciple our members and engage the youth of Marondera and beyond.
V. *Closing*
_The state of our church is strong, resilient, and focused. We are no longer just preparing; we are performing. Let us remain steadfast in our mission to be a light in the city and a voice of hope to the nations._
God bless you all.
