It’s Ash Wednesday already?!
Ash Wednesday is a holy day of prayer and fasting in many Western Christian denominations. It is preceded by Shrove Tuesday and falls on the first day of Lent. It is observed by Catholics in the Roman Rite, Lutherans, Moravians, Anglicans, Methodists, Nazarenes, as well as by some churches in the Reformed tradition.
May this Ash Wednesday be the day you decide to live better and follow Christ. May it be the beginning of a beautiful life in Christ. And May it be a turning point in your life.
Go to church this Wednesday, invite a friend, ask mommy or daddy to take, call your son or daughter, brother or sister. We are all called to repentance, all are welcome.
