In the Kingdom, God doesn’t see you as "just a member."
*He sees you as royalty with a rank, a role, and an assignment.*

Jesus said: *Luke 19:17* _"Because you have been faithful in a very little, you shall have authority over ten cities."_
There IS rank. There IS responsibility. There IS reward.

Before assignment comes identity. You cannot walk in rank if you don’t know your identity.

Rank increases with faithfulness, not titles.

*3. 7 THINGS THAT DETERMINE YOUR RANK*

God promotes. Man can give titles. *God gives rank.*

Those closest to Jesus get the highest assignments.
2. *FAITHFULNESS WITH LITTLE* - *Luke 16:10* _"Faithful in very little... faithful in much"_
David with sheep → David with a nation.
3. *OBEDIENCE* - *Deut 28:1* _"If you faithfully obey... the Lord will set you high"_
Partial obedience = demotion.
4. *STEWARDSHIP* - *Luke 19:13* _"Engage in business until I come"_
What you do with talents, money, people.
5. *SPIRITUAL WARFARE VICTORY* - *Daniel 10:12-13* Rank in heaven is seen in battles won.

Kingdom rank is upside down.

Unused authority is reassigned.

Ask God these 3 questions:

2. *"What burden did You put in my heart?"* Neh 1:4 Your assignment is tied to your burden
3. *"What gift have You deposited in me?"* 1 Pet 4:10 _"As good stewards of God’s varied grace"_

- What you pray for easily
- What you see that others don’t
- What God anoints when you do it
- What the enemy fights most in your life

A true church leader is not chosen by popularity, but by character.
God builds His church on people who reflect Jesus.

Paul gives us the "job description" from God Himself:

True leaders wash feet John 13:14. They don’t use people, they serve them.

They protect, feed, find the lost, and know the sheep by name.

*3. FATHER/MOTHER HEART*
*1 Thess 2:7-8* _"Like a nursing mother... we were ready to share with you not only the gospel but also our own selves"_
They nurture, correct in love, and raise others up.

*4. VISION FROM GOD*

*Being On Time for Church Service — According to God* ⛪⏰

God is a God of order, not confusion. 1 Corinthians 14:40
When we come to church, we’re not just meeting people. We’re meeting with the King.

*1. WHAT GOD SAYS ABOUT TIME + HONOR*

God often speaks in the first 10 minutes. Don’t miss your portion.

*2. You Honor God + Leadership*
When a king arrives, everyone stands. When the service starts, heaven is open.

Being late says "my time is more important than God’s time."

Especially if you’re a leader, worker, or parent.

Children and new believers copy what they see.

Latecomers walk into a flow that’s already moving. It’s harder to catch it.

*3. PRACTICAL WAYS TO BE ON TIME GOD’S WAY*

1. *Prepare the night before*
Clothes, Bible, offering, kids’ things ready. Proverbs 21:5 _"The plans of the diligent lead surely to abundance"_

2. *Treat church time like an appointment with the King*
You wouldn’t be late for a job interview or doctor. How much more for God? Psalm 5:3 _"In the morning I prepare a sacrifice for you"_

3. *Leave margin*
Plan to arrive 10-15 min early for prayer and fellowship. Mark 1:35 Jesus rose early to pray.

4. *Check your heart*
Ask: "Am I late because of poor planning, or because I don’t value it?" Repentance brings grace.

*4. WHAT IF YOU’RE GENUINELY LATE SOMETIMES?*

God looks at the heart.
1. *Don’t make excuses* - Own it before God
2. *Enter quietly + humbly* - Don’t distract others
3. *Adjust for next week* - Set 2 alarms, sleep early
4. *Remember*: Grace covers, but grace also teaches us to say no to ungodliness Titus 2:11-12

*WINNING BATTLES IN THE KINGDOM OF GOD* ⚔️👑🔥

In the Kingdom, *we do have battles. But we don’t fight FOR victory. We fight FROM victory.*
*Colossians 2:15* _"He disarmed the rulers and authorities and put them to open shame, by triumphing over them in Him."_

Jesus already won at the cross. *Our job is to enforce it.*

*1. 3 TYPES OF BATTLES IN THE KINGDOM*

You’re not fighting to GET authority. You have it. Luke 10:19

*KEY 2: WEAR THE ARMOR OF GOD*

2. *Breastplate of Righteousness* - Your identity in Christ
3. *Gospel of Peace* - Don’t be anxious
4. *Shield of Faith* - Quenches fiery darts

7. *Prayer* - In the Spirit at all times

*KEY 3: FIGHT WITH THE WORD*

Speak scriptures OUT LOUD. Demons flee from the Word.

*KEY 4: PRAYER + FASTING*

Fasting breaks yokes. Isaiah 58:6
Prayer pulls heaven down. James 5:16 _"The prayer of a righteous person has great power"_

*KEY 5: PRAISE AS WARFARE*

Praise confuses the enemy. It invites God’s presence. Ps 22:3

Plead the Blood over your family, house, ministry, city.
The Blood speaks better things. Heb 12:24

Unforgiveness = open door. Sin = legal ground.
Close the doors. Then stand. Eph 6:13

ⁿ*THE IMPORTANCE OF A SPIRITUAL FATHER IN THE KINGDOM OF GOD* 👨‍🏫👑

In the Kingdom, we are not just saved. *We are fathered.*
*1 Corinthians 4:15* _"For though you have countless guides in Christ, you do not have many fathers. For I became your father in Christ Jesus through the gospel."_

God is a Father. And He fathers people through people.

*1. WHAT IS A SPIRITUAL FATHER?*

A spiritual father is not just a pastor or preacher.
*A father reproduces life, character, and inheritance.*

*Galatians 4:19* _"My little children, for whom I am again in the anguish of childbirth until Christ is formed in you!"_
That’s fathering. Pain + patience until Christ is formed.

A father tells you who you are.

Saves you 10 years of mistakes.

4. *He releases you* - He doesn’t control you. He sends you.
5. *He celebrates when you grow bigger than him* - John 3:29 _"This joy of mine is now complete"_

*6. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AS A SON/DAUGHTER*

2. *LEARN* - Be teachable. Ask questions. Take notes.
3. *OBEY* - *Hebrews 13:17* _"Obey your leaders and submit to them"_
4. *SERVE* - Elisha poured water on Elijah’s hands. 2 Kings 3:11
5. *CARRY THE MANTLE* - Don’t just consume. Become a father to others.

Thank You that You are my Father.
Lead me to the spiritual fathers You have for me.
Give me a teachable heart.
Help me honor, learn, and serve.
Remove the orphan spirit from me.
Make me a son/daughter who carries Your heart.
And one day make me a father/mother to others.
