CORPUS CHRISTI CELEBRATION 2026

Today, our parish joyfully celebrated the Solemnity of Corpus Christi, led by our main celebrant, Fr. Aldrine Muchenje, together with Fr. Philemon Kuyengwa, who is visiting us all the way from Ireland.

We took part in a beautiful procession with the Blessed Sacrament, publicly witnessing our faith in the Real Presence of Christ in the Holy Eucharist.

In his homily, Fr. Aldrine reminded us of the importance of communion values, especially love for one another and gratitude to God for His many blessings.

A special congratulations to the 29 catechumens who received their First Holy Communion today. May Jesus in the Holy Eucharist continue to guide and strengthen you in your faith journey.

Our day in pictures.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

BRIAN NYAHUMA RELEASES POWERFUL GOSPEL SINGLE “NDIMI MOGA BABA”

Zimbabwean Afro Fusion artist Brian Nyahuma is set to touch hearts and uplift souls with the release of his inspiring new worship song titled “Ndimi Moga Baba” — a heartfelt declaration of God’s unfailing love, grace, and presence through every season of life.

Rooted in deep worship and gratitude, “Ndimi Moga Baba” carries a powerful message of surrender and praise, reminding listeners that God alone remains our refuge, strength, and faithful Father. Through emotional lyrics and a spirit-filled melody, the song speaks to anyone who has experienced God’s guidance during difficult moments and His love during times of uncertainty.

The song’s moving chorus:

“Ndimi moga Baba,
Munondida pasina miganhu,
Ndimi moga Baba,
Munondisimudza kana ndawira…”

beautifully captures the heart of the message — that there is no one like God.

Speaking about the inspiration behind the song, Brian Nyahuma shared:

“‘Ndimi Moga Baba’ is a testimony of God’s goodness in my life. It is a song of worship, surrender, and thanksgiving. No matter what we go through, God never leaves us. I wanted people to feel encouraged, healed, and drawn closer to Him through this song.”

Blending rich African gospel influences with heartfelt worship, the track delivers an emotional and uplifting listening experience suitable for churches, gospel playlists, worship gatherings, and personal devotion moments.

The song highlights themes of:
• God’s unconditional love
• Hope during difficult times
• Spiritual strength and encouragement
• Worship and total surrender to God

“Ndimi Moga Baba” is expected to resonate deeply with music lovers across Zimbabwe and beyond, offering comfort, inspiration, and a reminder that God’s love never fails.

✨🕊️ Pentecost Sunday & St Joseph Day Celebrations 🕊️✨

Yesterday we joyfully celebrated Pentecost Sunday together with St Joseph Day in a spirit-filled and vibrant atmosphere. ❤️🙏🏾

Holy Mass was led by Fr Alexio Makokowe, who was our main celebrant, Fr John Mtisi, and Fr Aldrine Muchenje, who delivered the sermon, he spoke about tongues as “the language of love” and also reminded us of the virtues of St Joseph — humility, faithfulness, hard work, and love for family. ✨

The sections and centres did an amazing job showcasing different African countries as we also celebrated Africa Day. The teamwork, creativity, and presentations were truly outstanding. 🌍❤️

Congratulations to our winners 🏆
🥇 St John Section for beautifully showcasing Swaziland 🇸🇿

Thank you to everyone who made the day special!
