📌 Festival Rules & Requirements
1️⃣ Every circuit must have 25% ZWAC Regalia on their uniform.
2️⃣ Rupawo payment is compulsory. Bring a Pastor-stamped Rupawo list.
3️⃣ All circuits must be seated by 8:30 AM. Failure to do so attracts disqualification.
4️⃣ Any choir delayed by more than 2 minutes to be on stage will be automatically disqualified.
