*HONOUR THE HANDS THAT RAISED YOU: THE HIDDEN BLESSINGS IN REMEMBERING YOUR ROOTS*

_“Honor your father and your mother, so that you may live long in the land the Lord your God is giving you.” — Exodus 20:12_

One of the greatest tragedies in ministry and leadership is forgetting the very people who helped shape your journey. Many pastors today are celebrated publicly but have become absent privately. They preach honor but rarely practice it. They command congregations but neglect parents. They host conferences but ignore mentors. They celebrate new connections while abandoning old relationships that sustained them during seasons of pain, rejection, betrayal, and struggle.
Never forget the people who believed in you when nobody knew your name. Never forget the mother who prayed for you. Never forget the father who sacrificed meals for your education. Never forget the pastor who gave you your first preaching opportunity. Never forget the mentor who corrected you when you were immature. Never forget the friend who stood with you when people betrayed you. Never forget the church that nurtured your calling.
Some people only remember God when they need miracles and only remember people when they need favors. This is dangerous. Gratitude is a kingdom principle. Honour attracts preservation. Appreciation sustains relationships. Compassion unlocks divine remembrance.
Many blessings pastors are praying for are hidden in simple acts of love, phone calls, hospital visits, school donations, helping widows, feeding orphans, supporting elderly parents, blessing old mentors, and returning to uplift your community.
_Your greatness is incomplete if your roots are suffering while your branches are flourishing._

1. *NEVER FORGET YOUR PARENTS WHO SACRIFICED EVERYTHING FOR YOU*
Your parents may not have been perfect, but many sacrificed beyond measure to raise you. *Some sold livestock to pay school fees. Some walked long distances to ensure you had food. Some endured pain silently so you could have opportunities*. Today many successful pastors neglect aging parents while funding luxury lifestyles. This should never be. God commands honor toward parents. Jesus rebuked those who neglected parental responsibility (Mark 7:9-13). Joseph never forgot Jacob even after becoming powerful in Egypt. *Your parents may need medication, groceries, emotional support, or simply your presence. Visit them while they are alive*. Flowers at funerals can never replace love shown when they were breathing.

2. *HONOUR SPIRITUAL FATHERS, MENTORS AND THOSE WHO DISCIPLED YOU*
Many pastors want spiritual sons but fail to honor spiritual fathers. Never forget those who corrected you, taught scripture, and guided your ministry. Paul honored Barnabas who introduced him to ministry opportunities. Elisha served Elijah faithfully before inheriting the mantle. Many ministers become proud after small success and disconnect from mentorship. Pride destroys destiny. *Call your mentors regularly.* Celebrate them publicly and privately. Sow into their lives. Learn to appreciate correction. Honour opens doors that talent alone cannot open. What you dishonor may eventually disappear from your life.

3. *REMEMBER THOSE WHO STOOD WITH YOU DURING BETRAYAL AND PAINFUL SEASONS*
Everyone celebrates success, but very few stay during storms. Some people stood with you when church members left. *Some supported you when your ministry was struggling. Some defended you when people attacked your character. Some fed you when you had nothing. Never forget such people.* David never forgot Jonathan’s kindness and later blessed Mephibosheth (2 Samuel 9). Loyalty must be remembered. Do not abandon loyal people after becoming influential. Honour covenant relationships. Those who stood with you in darkness deserve your light.

4. *VISIT YOUR VILLAGE, COMMUNITY AND PLACES THAT SHAPED YOU*
Go back to where you came from. Visit your rural home. Visit your old neighborhood. Visit your former school. Visit your childhood church. *Many leaders become too “important” to return home. This is dangerous pride. Your roots matter.* Sponsor boreholes. Donate books to schools. Build classrooms. Support clinics. Empower youth. Clean your community. *True leadership transforms places*. Jesus returned to communities repeatedly to bless people. Let your success become a blessing to your origins.

5. *SUPPORT WIDOWS, ORPHANS AND THE ELDERLY*
True Christianity is not loud preaching without compassion. James 1:27 clearly teaches caring for widows and orphans. Many elderly people are abandoned. *Many widows cry silently. Many orphans need school fees. Your ministry should not only focus on microphones and conferences. Create feeding programs*. Visit orphanages. Support old age homes. Pay hospital bills where possible. Compassion reflects Christ. _The church must become a refuge for the vulnerable._

6. *DO NOT NEGLECT YOUR SIBLINGS AND EXTENDED FAMILY*
Some pastors become strangers to their own families. They pray for congregations while their siblings suffer. This imbalance must be corrected. Family matters. Joseph uplifted his brothers despite their betrayal. While wisdom is necessary, complete abandonment is dangerous. *Check on relatives. Help where possible. Promote peace. Offer guidance. Be present during family crises*. Let ministry begin at home.

7. *PRACTICE WHAT YOU PREACH*
People are watching your private life. If you preach love but ignore your parents, your message loses credibility. If you preach generosity but exploit people, your ministry weakens. Jesus modeled servant leadership. *Your lifestyle must align with scripture. Live integrity daily. Love consistently*. Be available. Let your life preach louder than your sermons.

8. *CALL, VISIT AND CHECK ON PEOPLE REGULARLY*
Sometimes people are not asking for money, they simply need your presence. *A phone call can stop depression. A visit can restore hope. A message can save a life*. Many wounds are hidden in silence. Reach out intentionally. Visit hospitals. *Attend funerals. Celebrate milestones. Build genuine relationships.* Presence is powerful ministry.

9. *GRATITUDE UNLOCKS DIVINE REMEMBRANCE*
When you appreciate people, heaven notices. The ten lepers were healed, but only one returned to give thanks (Luke 17:11-19). Gratitude distinguishes mature leaders. Write thank-you messages. *Publicly acknowledge helpers. Celebrate your journey.* Gratitude keeps pride away. God remembers grateful hearts. Never act self-made.

10. *YOUR LEGACY MUST OUTLIVE YOUR TITLE*
Titles fade. Positions change. Crowds move. Legacy remains. What will people remember about you? Your cars? Your titles? Or your compassion? Build orphanages. Sponsor education. *Mentor young leaders. Build communities. Create businesses that empower people. Raise future generations*. Leave footprints of impact.

Many leaders testify that breakthrough came after honoring parents, reconciling with mentors, helping struggling relatives, or blessing forgotten communities. Some doors open through prayer, but others open through obedience to principles of honor and compassion.
The widow of Zarephath experienced supernatural provision after showing kindness to Elijah (1 Kings 17). The Shunammite woman received a miracle after honoring God’s servant (2 Kings 4). What if your next breakthrough is connected to someone you have forgotten?

Before praying for bigger platforms, first honor smaller responsibilities. Before asking God for global influence, first check your parents. Before demanding loyalty from spiritual sons, first honor your spiritual fathers. Before preaching generosity, first become generous.
_Call someone today. Visit someone today. Forgive someone today. Help someone today._
_Never forget where you came from._
_Never forget who helped you rise._
_Never forget who cried with you._
_Never forget who trained you._
*Your roots matter. Your gratitude matters. Your compassion matters.*
And watch how God will abundantly bless your life, ministry, business, family, and destiny.

📌 *MIDNIGHT PRAYER OF DISCONNECTION*📌

My Father! My Father!
I (..... *call out your name here*), know that my forefathers and parents made covenants and evil altars in our household. They buried tokens in the yard in respect of these altars. Some covenants and altars came with names, some with livestock, whilst others were made under the waters. Today I break myself free from their york! I break whatever chains that are tying me to these covenants! Whatever goat that was tied to a tree in my name, I loose it in the name of Jesus Christ! I disconnect myself from all evil Altars and foundations!

I disconnect myself from from all evil connections from my mother's and father's house! I disconnect myself from evil incarnations and spells!
I break loose from all evil dreams that draw me backwards! I denounce every evil altar connected to my name! I revoke any connection from my parents' past! I declare the cleansing blood of Jesus!

*Deliverance Fall upon me now in Jesus's mighty name!* (Call this out 7 times)
Break every clay pot holding my destiny!
Break every earthen vessel holding my life back!
Break my finance loose!
Every twine and every rope break loose!
Be loosened! Be destroyed!
Every evil animal tied against me be destroyed now!
Loose my my money, my health, my business, my contracts, my health, my marriage !

I am coming out!
I am breaking out in the name of Jesus Christ!

I disconnect myself from every demonic altar by the power of the Holy Ghost!

I ( *mention your name again*), am free today, I am totally free, I have totally disconnected myself from all evil Altars.

In Jesus's mighty name
Amen🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿

*HOW TO TEST LOYALTY IN LEADERSHIP- AS A PASTOR*

_Luke 16:10 (KJV) – “He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much: and he that is unjust in the least is unjust also in much.”_

Leadership is not simply about gifting, charisma, education, eloquence, titles, or popularity. Many churches today have highly gifted leaders who lack loyalty, submission, integrity, accountability, and commitment to the vision of the ministry.
One of the greatest mistakes many pastors make is promoting people based on talent rather than testing their character. A person may preach powerfully, sing excellently, raise finances, attract crowds, or appear very active, but still possess hidden seeds of rebellion, pride, betrayal, selfish ambition, gossip, dishonesty, manipulation, and disloyalty.
Many ministries have suffered painful church splits, financial losses, reputation damage, betrayal, sabotage, division, and spiritual attacks because pastors failed to properly test the loyalty of those around them before giving them access to influence and authority.
Loyal leaders are spiritual assets.
Disloyal leaders are dangerous liabilities.
Jesus tested His disciples.
Moses tested Joshua.
Elijah tested Elisha.
Paul tested Timothy.
David identified both loyal and disloyal men.
Loyalty cannot be forced.
It is revealed through time, pressure, correction, sacrifice, and responsibility.
As a pastor, you must know:
Who truly believes in your vision
Who is committed to your leadership
Who can be trusted with responsibility
Who can protect ministry secrets
Who can stand with you during storms
Who is secretly working against your assignment
This teaching will help pastors identify trustworthy leaders, empower loyal leaders, expose fake leaders, and build stronger leadership systems in ministry.

1. *TEST HOW THEY RESPOND TO CORRECTION*
Proverbs 12:1 – “Whoever loves instruction loves knowledge, but he who hates correction is stupid.”
A loyal leader receives correction with humility.
_Watch how leaders behave when:_
Their mistakes are addressed
Their ideas are rejected
Their methods are corrected
Their attitude is confronted
Disloyal leaders often:
Become defensive
Start avoiding leadership
Complain to others
Become bitter
Create silent rebellion
*King Saul became rebellious when corrected by Prophet Samuel (1 Samuel 15). Instead of repentance, he made excuses.*
*David accepted correction from Prophet Nathan (2 Samuel 12) and repented.*
Correction reveals maturity.

2. *TEST THEIR FAITHFULNESS WITH SMALL RESPONSIBILITIES*
Luke 16:10
Never hand over major responsibility to untested people.
Start with small assignments:
Managing church departments
Handling small finances
Organizing meetings
Leading prayer sessions
Following simple instructions
_Observe:_
Punctuality
Accountability
Excellence
Consistency
Responsibility
*David was faithful with sheep before ruling Israel.*
Small assignments reveal big character.

3. *OBSERVE THEIR BEHAVIOR WHEN YOU ARE ABSENT*
Numbers 12:1-2
When the pastor is absent:
Do they uphold ministry values?
Do they protect your reputation?
Do they maintain order?
Do they spread gossip?
Do they undermine leadership?
*Aaron failed when Moses went to the mountain and allowed idolatry (Exodus 32).*
Your absence reveals their true loyalty.

4. *TEST THEIR RESPONSE TO THE SUCCESS OF OTHERS*
Romans 12:15
Disloyal leaders struggle when others are elevated.
_Signs include:_
Jealousy
Competition
Complaining
Comparison
Secret bitterness
*Saul became jealous of David after hearing people praise David (1 Samuel 18:7-9)*
Loyal leaders celebrate others genuinely.

5.*TEST THEIR COMMITMENT DURING CRISIS*
Proverbs 17:17 – “A friend loves at all times…”
_Real loyalty appears during:_
Financial struggles
Church conflicts
Public criticism
Legal battles
Personal attacks
*Many abandoned Paul in prison (2 Timothy 4:10)*
True leaders stay during storms.

6. *TEST THEIR CONFIDENTIALITY*
Proverbs 11:13
“A talebearer reveals secrets…”
Share minor confidential matters carefully.
_Observe:_
Can they keep information private?
Do they leak meetings?
Do they expose ministry plans?
Leaders who leak information cannot be trusted with bigger responsibilities.

7. *TEST THEIR ALIGNMENT WITH THE CHURCH VISION*
Habakkuk 2:2
A loyal leader supports vision.
_Ask:_
Do they understand the mission?
Do they teach the same doctrine?
Do they support ministry goals?
Do they build your vision or their own empire?
*Timothy aligned fully with Paul’s mission (Philippians 2:19-22)*

8. *TEST THEIR SACRIFICE LEVEL*
John 15:13
Loyal leaders sacrifice comfort for vision.
_Observe whether they:_
Serve beyond convenience
Give time
Invest resources
Remain committed during hardship
Many people are loyal only when benefits exist.

9. *TEST THEIR HUMILITY AND SUBMISSION*
Hebrews 13:17
Submission reveals loyalty.
_Watch if they:_
Follow instruction
Respect authority
Honor spiritual covering
Remain teachable
Joshua served Moses faithfully for years.
Pride destroys loyalty.

10. *TEST THEIR LONG-TERM CONSISTENCY*
Galatians 6:9
Anyone can perform well temporarily.
Watch them over time:
Do they remain committed?
Are they stable emotionally?
Are they dependable?
Are they consistent spiritually?
Consistency reveals true leadership character.

*HOW TO IDENTIFY FAKE, SABOTAGING, AND DANGEROUS LEADERS*
_Be careful of leaders who:_
Constantly criticize leadership
Create secret meetings
Divide departments
Seek titles more than service
Gossip frequently
Manipulate members
Demand recognition
Compete with senior leadership
Build personal followings
Leak confidential information
Use finances dishonestly
Resist accountability
*Absalom stole the hearts of people against David (2 Samuel 15)*

*HOW TO DEAL WITH DISLOYAL LEADERS*
1. Confront them privately
Matthew 18:15
2. Document repeated patterns
3. Offer correction and restoration
4. Remove leadership access if necessary
5. Protect the church vision
6. Avoid emotional decisions
7. Pray for wisdom
8. Never tolerate repeated sabotage

*HOW TO REWARD LOYAL AND DEDICATED LEADERS*
_Loyal leaders should be appreciated through:_
Public recognition
Mentorship opportunities
Promotion
Leadership development
Financial support where possible
Spiritual covering
Encouragement
Greater responsibility
Personal appreciation
Training opportunities
Jesus rewarded faithful servants
Matthew 25:21
"Well done, good and faithful servant..."

*Never test loyalty through manipulation, traps, lies, temptation, or wicked schemes.*
_Godly leadership is built on:_
Trust
Integrity
Transparency
Honor
Communication
Love
Accountability
Loyalty is not controlled, it is revealed over time through character.
A wise pastor protects the altar by carefully choosing who stands near it.

*_11 TYPES OF PRESSURE PASTORS FACE IN MINISTRY AND HOW TO HANDLE THEM_*

*_... And I forced myself...1 Samuel 13:12_*

Ministry is a mystery!
A lot of ministers are facing pressures of all kinds, some, even up to the point of exasperation.
The pressures of ministry has drained so many people and devasted them like a malignant sore.

It is true that necessity is laid upon every minister but no minister should force himself to do things in ministry.

*The following are the pressures pastors face in ministry:*

1. *THE PRESSURE TO PERFORM A MIRACLE*. Jn 6:30; Jn 4:48
The people told Jesus Christ to perform a miracle for them to see and believe. Human beings want miracles but no minister should be under pressure to perform a miracle. This very pressure has become the undoing of many.

2. *THE PRESSURE TO PROPHESY*.
Mt 26:28; Lk 26:64
Even at the point of death, the people that were beating Jesus while crucifying him, asked him to prophesy to them.
The Prophetic is powerful.
However, don't force yourself to prophesy.
My father told me something that helped me regarding the Prophetic. He told me that if I want to prophesy in every service, I will get myself into trouble.

3. *THE PRESSURE TO BUILD A BIG AUDITORIUM*.
2 Kings 6:1
The sons of the prophet told their master Prophet Elisha that their auditorium was too small and they needed a big one. It was not God that asked Prophet Elisha to build a new auditorium.
In order to build a big auditorium, the resorted to borrowing an axe.
Many pastors are neck deep in debt due to the loans the took to build gigantic and humongous auditoriums or auditoria as the case may be.

4. *THE PRESSURE TO LIVE IN A PALATIAL MANSION*.
Jn 1:38
The people asked Jesus Christ to show them where he lived.
A lot of people want to judge a pastor by the kind of house he lives in and this has put so many pastors under pressure.

5. *THE PRESSURE TO BE A PHILANTHROPIST*.
Jn 6:1-27
Jesus Christ fed the multitudes twice, and the people wanted it to become a routine in every service and he rebuked them sternly.
Every pastor must be careful not to be under the pressure to become a philanthropist.

6. *THE PRESSURE TO TEACH AND PREACH ONLY WHAT THE PEOPLE LIKE AT ALL TIMES*.
Jn 6:60
After Jesus preached a hard message, the multitudes left.
It is almost as though a pastor is at the mercy of his members and at such is very careful not to preach or teach what may offend the people and this is why messages on discipleship and sacrifice are fast disappearing and losing appeal.

7. *THE PRESSURE TO BELONG TO CERTAIN MINISTERIAL GROUPS IN ORDER TO GAIN ACCEPTANCE IN MINISTRY*.
Mk 9:38; Lk 9:49
The disciples of Jesus attacked some people that were preaching and doing miracles but were not part of the ministry of Jesus but He rebuked them for that.
Today, it's almost as though if you don't belong to some associations, organizations or networks, you are not accepted or endorsed in ministry.

8. *THE PRESSURE TO SUBMIT TO A CERTAIN SPIRITUAL FATHER IN ORDER TO GAIN ACCEPTANCE IN MINISTRY*.
1 Sam 10:10-12
After Saul met with the company of prophets and began to prophesy, some people mocked them by asking 'Who is their father'?
This implies that those prophets were not part of Prophet Samuel's sons of the prophet. Their spiritual father must have been an unknown, unheard, unsung and uncelebrated figure.
Today, it's as though if one is not submitted to some people, the person is not called or genuine.

9. *THE PRESSURE TO HAVE MONEY AND OTHER MATERIAL THINGS IN ORDER TO APPEAR SUCCESSFUL AND GAIN ACCEPTANCE IN MINISTRY.*
Judg 17:7-13
The world is so vain today that people rate a minister by what he has.

10. *THE PRESSURE TO DO WHAT OTHERS ARE DOING IN MINISTRY, ESPECIALLY IN ORDER TO APPEAR SUCCESSFUL*.
2 Sam 18:19-32
Ahimaaz did not have tidings but he decided that if Cushi can bear tidings, he can bear tidings also.
A lot of people are under pressure to do what God did not commission them to do because others are doing those things.

11. *THE PRESSURE TO GATHER CROWD*.
Acts 5:36-37
Church growth is God's will but gathering crowd by all means is a pressure.
Theudas and Judas of Galilee were destroyed by this pressure.

*_HOW TO HANDLE THE PRESSURES_*
- Stick to your calling and vision.
- Stop seeking validation from human beings about your God-given ministry.
- Cultivate contentment as a lifestyle because godliness with contentment is great gain.
- Choose your association wisely. Most pressures come from association.
- Marry a good spouse and let your spouse be your support system.
- Build capacity and grow daily.

*PROFESSIONAL MICROPHONE HANDLING FOR EFFECTIVE MINISTRY*

_1 Corinthians 14:9 – “Unless you speak intelligible words with your tongue, how will anyone know what you are saying?”_

_In ministry, it is not only WHAT you say that matters, but also HOW it is delivered. Many powerful messages lose impact because of poor microphone handling. As a pastor and international speaker of the Word of God, your voice is a DIVINE INSTRUMENT that must be communicated with CLARITY, POWER, and PROFESSIONALISM. Poor sound delivery can strain listeners, distract the congregation, and reduce the effectiveness of the message. Proper microphone handling protects your voice, respects your audience, and ensures that the Gospel is heard clearly across all environments_.

_This teaching is a WAKE-UP CALL especially for today, Sunday, as you preach, teach, and lead prayers, handle the microphone with excellence and represent the Kingdom with global standards_.

1. *HOLD THE MICROPHONE AT THE CORRECT DISTANCE*
The ideal distance for holding a microphone is about 4–6 inches from your mouth. This distance allows your voice to be captured clearly without distortion or unnecessary noise. When the microphone is too close, it can cause booming sounds and make your voice uncomfortable to listen to. When it is too far, your voice becomes weak and forces the sound team to increase volume, which can create feedback or noise. Maintaining the correct distance ensures clarity and consistency throughout your message. It also helps the audience receive your words without strain. Pastors must practice this intentionally until it becomes natural. A consistent distance communicates professionalism and respect for the listeners.

2. *ANGLE THE MICROPHONE PROPERLY*
Do not position the microphone directly in front of your mouth. Instead, angle it slightly toward your mouth. This reduces harsh sounds caused by breath and plosive letters like “P” and “B.” Proper angling creates a smoother and more pleasant sound output. It also protects the audience from sudden bursts of air that can be uncomfortable through speakers. This technique is used by international speakers and broadcasters to maintain sound quality. Practicing this will immediately improve how your voice is perceived. It may seem small, but it has a major impact on delivery.

3. *KEEP THE MICROPHONE STABLE*
Avoid unnecessary movement of the microphone while speaking. Constant shifting creates inconsistent sound levels and distracts listeners. A stable microphone ensures a steady and balanced audio output. Movement can also produce handling noise that interferes with your message. When preaching passionately, many pastors move unconsciously. this must be controlled. Train yourself to keep the microphone steady even during energetic moments. Stability enhances clarity and keeps the audience focused on your message, not the sound issues.

4. *USE YOUR NON-DOMINANT HAND*
Holding the microphone with your non-dominant hand allows your dominant hand to remain free for gestures. Gestures are important in preaching as they emphasize key points and engage the audience visually. This balance improves your communication effectiveness. It also prevents awkward switching of hands during speaking. Consistency in hand usage contributes to a confident and polished delivery. International speakers master this technique to combine verbal and non-verbal communication effectively. Practice until it becomes natural in your ministry flow.

5. *SPEAK DIRECTLY INTO THE MICROPHONE*
The microphone is designed to capture sound best from the front. Speaking off to the side reduces clarity and volume. Always align your mouth with the microphone’s pickup area. This ensures your voice is transmitted clearly to the audience. Turning your head away while speaking can cause your words to fade or become unclear. Be intentional about maintaining alignment, especially when moving or addressing different sections of the congregation. Clear direction improves audibility and keeps the message impactful.

6. *MAINTAIN CONSISTENT DISTANCE WHILE SPEAKING*
Consistency is key in sound delivery. Moving the microphone closer or farther while speaking causes volume fluctuations. This forces the sound team to constantly adjust levels, which can be distracting. A steady distance ensures a smooth listening experience. It also protects the ears of the audience from sudden loud or soft sounds. Discipline yourself to maintain the same distance regardless of your speaking intensity. This is a mark of professionalism and maturity in ministry.

7. *AVOID COVERING THE MICROPHONE*
Never cover the microphone with your hand, clothing, or any object. This muffles the sound and reduces clarity. It can also damage the microphone’s performance over time. Covering the microphone blocks sound waves and creates a dull output. Always hold it in a way that leaves the top (head) exposed. This ensures maximum sound pickup and clarity. Being mindful of this simple habit can greatly improve your audio quality.

8. *CONTROL YOUR VOICE AND BREATHING*
Microphones amplify everything, including breathing and sudden voice changes. Learn to control your breathing to avoid loud breaths into the microphone. Speak clearly and at a moderate pace. Avoid shouting unnecessarily, as the microphone is designed to amplify your voice. Controlled delivery protects the audience’s ears and maintains sound quality. It also preserves your vocal health. A calm and controlled voice carries more authority and clarity.

9. *WORK IN HARMONY WITH THE SOUND TEAM*
The sound team plays a critical role in your ministry delivery. Communicate with them and trust their adjustments. Avoid testing the microphone excessively during service. Allow them to set the levels appropriately. When you handle the microphone properly, their work becomes easier and more effective. This teamwork ensures a smooth and professional service. Respect for the sound team reflects leadership maturity.

10. *PRACTICE AND DEVELOP PROFESSIONAL HABITS*
Excellence in microphone handling comes through practice. Take time to rehearse before services. Record yourself and evaluate your sound quality. Learn from experienced speakers and apply best practices. Consistent practice builds confidence and professionalism. Over time, proper handling becomes natural and effortless. This discipline elevates your ministry to international standards. Excellence in small details produces powerful results.
