Zimbabwe Pastors Fellowship is a plartform for Zimbabwean Pastors to fellowship and promote a new prophetic and Pastoral vision and action for a visible, sustainable and concrete prophetic ministry. To network and search for ways of supporting each other in tackling problems that affect our Pastoral ministry;
Develop pastoral skills to deal with complex issues;
To find strategies for concrete action that, added to prayer, helps the Pastors to perform their duties to the full expectation of the congregation and in total obedience to Christ;
Improve the ability to constantly read and interpret the environment in which Pastoral Ministry is being undertaken;
Create space and an ecumenical atmosphere where Pastors are able to meet, share information and experiences;
Improve the efforts to do justice based lobby and advocacy work to promote our aims locally, regionally and internationally
