God so loved the world he sent his only son to die and bear the sins of the world. He would have gone through all of it for just ONE of us - that is how much He loves us.
His love is unfailing and unshakable, the love of a father but infinitely greater.
(I think that’s why the enemy often attacks and tears down father figures in our lives, to try and destroy our understanding of Gods love, it’s hard to understand when you’ve never seen it in the flesh.)
God forgets our sins the moment that we repent, it’s the enemy that reminds us NOT GOD. Forgive yourself and accept Gods forgiveness.
God wishes for all men to be saved - more so than we ever could. Trust him with the people that you love and release them whole heartily into the hands of the Father, even if you have to do it over and over.
Remember that God is greater than it all, than every fear, every stronghold, every demon and every ungodly thing. The victory is His and His alone, let go and trust.
2 Corinthians 10:4-5
“For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)
Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;”
Give God the glory and the praise even when it makes no sense, even when it feels like everything is falling apart - that’s what it is to have Faith. Give Him praise even when you can’t see or don’t know the next step.
He is faithful and just and He really does have you in the palm of his hand. He has seen you this far and He isn’t done yet.
Fix your eyes firmly on Him and let go of the things of this world, committing yourselves to him daily.
Commit your family and all of your cares to Him and stand fast on the word of God. Immerse yourselves in His word and let him guide you through it and give you understanding.
Pray, talk to him throughout your day - He is always listening and He cares.
He hasn’t forgotten you - you are the apple of His eye.
Check yourselves - have you closed the doors to your heart through unbelief or idolatry?
Have you decided that it’s not possible (whatever it may be)? Have you decided that God can’t or won’t?
I encourage you to repent for your unbelief and watch Him do the impossible.
Choose to make Christ the front and center of your life everyday, work on your faith as much as you work on the things of this world.
