CRANBORNE SUCCESFULLY DEFENDS RRW MUSIC TITLE

Cranborne RRW Choir made it two in a row after holding their nerve to win the district RRW music festival today at Greendale United Methodist Church.

Cranborne came first in both own choice and set piece categories pipping Chisipite and Zimre Park into second and third respectively in both categories.

Chisipiti to their credit was adjudged the Best Dressed Choir with their music director for the day Mrs Eunice Museki emerging as the best to do it on the day.

In a festival which for the first time was hybrid with own choices with instrumentation, Zimre Park's drummer was voted the best.

The top nine choirs will proceed to the ZEAC RRW Musicals on June 20 at a venue to be advised.
