SAFFRON CHURCH 🌿⛪

Saffron Church of the Nazarene is a historic place that dates back to 2007. This year, the church has been revived and is now becoming one of our Conference Centres, together with Mt. Ararat.

Saffron is conveniently located between Harare and Norton, so it is not far away. From town, transport costs can be as little as $1.50–$2.

The place has electricity and water, so there is no need to worry. There are also large rooms that can accommodate many people. There are no beds, so everyone should come with their own blankets and bedding.

One of the most exciting things about Saffron is that it is situated on top of a mountain 🏔️🔥. This means we now have our very own Prayer Mountain! During the December Camp, we will make full use of this space for prayer, worship, and seeking God.

The place is spacious, beautiful, and, most importantly, it belongs to us as Nazarenes. We are building, supporting, and making use of our own church facilities.

So, young people, get ready for December Camp! ❤️‍🔥 Don't let anyone be left behind. Come together as we pray, have fun, fellowship, build relationships, and most importantly, seek God.

CAMP FEES

- $20 — Churches in Harare and surrounding areas
- $15 — Churches outside Harare but not in rural areas
- $7 — All churches in rural areas and churches from the Grace of God Zone

Befitting send off for Mr Madega of Avondale Church of the Nazarene. A huge loss for the whole Zim East district. Carrying his coffin are senior pastors in the district, a fitting tribute to a man who gave so much to the church. He is one of the people who fought so hard to reclaim our church's property in Norton. In December, all the youths are heading to Norton, Saffron, the very place he fought for. May God comfort us in this difficult time.
