The IMPACT Business Conference has been put together to make an impact in the lives of others and celebrate the Impact made by the ministry in its primary recipient’s lives. The conference is an inter-parish conference, bringing together all Parishes of the Anglican Church, at the moment, in the Harare Diocese. The conference is also interdenominational. We seek to have every Christian exposed to
the contents of the conference. We are a Christian ministry but with a broad overview of winning the lost at all cost as well as respect for diversity. We will not deny that the pursuit of our agenda is to invest in the young and mould them for a future full of progress and productivity. However it is impossible to build a young person without the investment and the presence of the elderly. Secondly, we only cease to learn when we die and we die the moment we cease to learn, so we are certain that Impact Conference will be a worthwhile investment for the elderly as well. On the same note, Impact Conference will seek to build mentoring relationships between dreamers and achievers. This is not necessarily a job hunting spree but a mentoring relationship establishment platform.
