Today we opened with Sunday school, where Brother Anthony led us through the 1689 Confession. We then went into the main service under the theme, “Give Everything to God in Prayer,” with Brother Joy leading us in song. This prepared our hearts for the sermon of the day, “Do Not Be Anxious,” preached by Brother Kuziva Nyambuya, who exhorted and encouraged us in the Lord through the Word.

In response to the preached Word, we closed in song and prayer before heading out for fellowship. Our sweet fellowship then led us into evangelism, as we went out to share the good news of Christ.

We pray that the Lord would continue saving His people and building His church.

Thanks be to God for this wonderful day.

Men gathered to sharpen one another in the Word, reflecting on the solemn charge given to Hezekiah: “Set your house in order.” Life is short, time is uncertain, and every man, married or unmarried, must examine his walk, lead with wisdom, prepare faithfully, and stand ready before the Lord.

Tomorrow, we'll be learning how to deal with anxiety God's way and find peace even when life feels uncertain. Join us.

How often do we think about death, and are we truly prepared to die? This Saturday, we meet as men for breakfast as we reflect on the topic: Put Your Affairs in Order Before You Die. It will be a time of sharpening, reflection, and encouragement as we consider matters of life, death, and eternity. Make plans to join us and invite another man.

Outward faithfulness means little if the heart is quietly resisting God. True obedience begins inwardly, where no one else sees but God does.

The Lord granted us another day to meet and magnify His name.

We thank the Lord for Brother Kuziva Nyambuya, who opened the corporate prayer with a devotional. After the prayer meeting, Brother Emmanuel Mangisi led us so well under the theme, The Commands of God.

We sang beautiful hymns glorifying our Maker, and we were then fed from the Word by Pastor Joe Shoko, who preached from Judges 1:16–21. His sermon was titled The People’s Sin of Negligence.

We then broke bread in remembrance of our Saviour.

It was indeed a great day. Praise the Lord!
