May Theme : Divine Favor for Fruitfulness
Focus the importance of Finding Favor with Men
Proverbs 3:4 NIV
Then you will win favor and a good name in the sight of God and man.
Luke 2:52 NIV
And Jesus grew in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man.
1 Samuel 2:26 NIV] And the boy Samuel continued to grow in stature and in favor with the Lord and with people.
From the 3 scriptures we have in our devotion today we note, that apart from favor with God . One needs to also obtain favor with men.
You may ask why, but men that are strategically positioned in certain places by God are the conduits that He uses to favor us.
Finding Favor with Men is equally critical to obtain, because it is man that God will use to speak on your behalf where required, it is man that will open doors for you here on earth as the Lord leads them to do so.
Beloved we need men, the Bible says even Jesus grew in favor with both God and Man ..
How then can we find favor with men..
1. Be authentic
Often times in the journey of life, people will be nice to someone when they need a favor from them and will quickly discard them once what they wanted is obtained, but God has not created or called us to abuse. And so by the time you need favor from a certain person, your record of wrong would have already preceded you and that person refuses to favor you.
2. Treat People well
In the journey of life and also as a women of excellence, treating all people with dignity and honor should be our marker, regardless of the person's status.. Namaan was given solutions to the cure of leprosy through his a servant girl

3. Be Kind
The Bible says Joseph conducted himself in a particular way that caused him to find favor with the jailer and was treated fairly.
4. Be Respectful at all times..
Disrespect should never be associated to us as women of excellence, a certain
Young person lost a good job opportunity because they were disrespectful to their superiors, arrogance will never profit anyone.. Chose to be respectful you never know who is watching.
Favor with men. Is also a critical aspect for our journey of fruitfulness, because the right connections can lead to big doors of Fruitfulness..
