STOP CONFESSING YOUR FRUSTRATION
Jesus met Peter at the seaside, confessing frustration at the fruitless night of toiling without a catch. Jesus met Blind Bartimaeus on the road, confessing sickness and disease. Jesus met the man at the pool of Bethesda, confessing the length of his troubles. Jesus entered their lives and said, “Stop confessing your weakness; I am here to support your position.”

Those who feel their situation does not guarantee the fulfilment of God’s promises in their life - Jesus is here to support your breakthrough. Those who feel their sickness is unto death - Jesus is here to support your healing. Those timid, helpless souls who have lost hope - Jesus is here to support your future.

Jesus Christ came purposely to give birth in you the future you desire, not the future you fear. But the Bible says that Jesus cannot support your position unless He sees in you a faithful follower, a willing servant, a true disciple. He must first test your commitment and the genuineness of your faith. He must first see in you the desire and determination to come to Him, the faith and will power to defy your natural circumstances, the trust and belief that He is the only One, not one of those things. Then you will begin to see that your new life in Christ Jesus is far superior to your former life of curses, frustration, sickness, despair and the like and you will stop confessing your past.

PRAYER: Lord Jesus, give me the grace to see my new life in Christ as far superior to my former life of curses, frustration, sickness and despair, in Jesus’ name!
