UAA has 25 churches in 8 cities and towns throughout the country and has a membership of approximately +1000 people.

United Assemblies in Africa (UAA) is a Pentecostal denomination which was founded under the leadership of the Late Bishop Raphael Kupara and it is currently led by Bishop Sylvia Kupara, the Co-Founder and Bishop Josiah Temba who is the presiding Bishop. UAA has an Executive which is the supreme body of the denomination and has two regions i.e. Northern and Southern regions which are led by Regional Committees under the oversight of a Regional Pastor. In its aim to transform lives, UAA runs an orphanage in Chivhu and intends to open another one in Nyava.

It is with deep sadness that we announce the departure of the Great servant of God Bishop Sylvia Sarudzai Kupara. She has been promoted to glory this evening Wednesday 26 February 2025. Mourners are gathered at number 3 Alexander Drive, Hatfield. More details will be provided.

Welcome to the United Assemblies in Africa facebook Page . It is with great gratitude that I welcome you to our platform. We believe that we are one family in Christ and through this platform we will try to connect the world in Christ, as we are a going church at his command and a church who believes in God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit centred and driven.

We believe there is no other name by which people may be saved except through the name of Jesus Christ. Anyone who believes in Jesus receives eternal life. We believe that Jesus Christ is the only way to God.

We therefore pass an invitation and a loving hand, to all willing souls that would love to save the Lord Jesus Christ to come praise, pray and worship with us, keeping in mind that, in the house of the lord all are welcome and no such thing as a stranger.

It is our hope and prayer that we will work with you into the righteous path, that Jesus Christ shall fill your hearts and lives, and that all the days or your lives will be blessed and filled with the Holy Spirit, So one day we shall and we all will meet in Paradise and rejoice his name.

You will find a variety of ministries here at UAA which include Praise and Worship, Bible study, Mission Projects, Sunday School, Youth ministries, Children’s Church, and other various service opportunities are available to empower and equip you for victorious living in Christ. God is doing some very exciting things in the hearts and lives of the people who call UAA church their home. We would be very honoured to have you join us for our Sunday services and many of our other church activities.
