Sunday of Salt Part 2 – “The Revelation of the Covenant of Salt”
Leviticus 2:13, Numbers 18:19, 2 Chronicles 13:5, Matthew 5:13, Mark 9:49
*1. Salt as a Spiritual Element, Not Just a Metaphor*
Prophet Tee Victor shifts from “identity” in Part 1 to _function + covenant_. Salt isn’t just symbolic — it’s a *spiritual technology God established*. In the Old Testament, every offering required salt. Why? Because salt carries 3 prophetic signatures:
**Signature** **Spiritual Meaning** **Application**
**Preservation** Covenants don’t decay. What God seals with salt cannot spoil. Your calling, family, health are preserved by God’s covenant
**Purity** Salt purifies wounds + water. God uses covenant to cleanse us from corruption and keep us holy
**Permanence** Salt is the residue that remains when water evaporates. Even in dry/loss seasons, your covenant identity remains
*2. The Covenant of Salt Explained*
This is a *perpetual, unbreakable agreement*. God used it twice in Scripture:
1. *Priesthood*: _“It is a covenant of salt forever before the Lord”_ Numbers 18:19 — given to Aaron’s line
2. *Kingship*: _“The Lord gave the kingship of Israel to David... by a covenant of salt”_ 2 Chronicles
*Revelation*: Revelation 1:6 + 5:10 says _“He has made us kings and priests”_. So both covenants now rest on _you_. When Jesus says _“You are the salt of the earth”_ Matthew 5:13, He’s not being poetic — He’s being *prophetic*. You carry the same covenant that sealed Aaron and David.
*3. How the Covenant Operates Today*
Part 2 likely teaches the _activation_ of the covenant:
1. *Every sacrifice needs salt* Leviticus 2:13. Your prayer, fasting, giving must be “salted” — offered from a preserved, pure heart. Saltless sacrifice is rejected.
2. *Salted by fire* Mark 9:49. Trials don’t destroy you; they refine the covenant in you. Fire + salt = purified priest/king.
3. *Prophetic act*: Physically applying salt at doors/windows is a _point of contact_ to enforce the covenant. Not superstition, but declaration: _“This house is under an unbreakable, preserved agreement with God.”_
*5. Prophetic Declarations from Part 2*
Prophet Tee Victor closes with decrees
- “I decree your covenant will not spoil.”
- “Every altar fighting your priesthood/kingship, I break it by the covenant of salt.”
- “You will remain when others fade, because salt is the residue of faithfulness.”
- “Your home, business, children are preserved by salt — no evil will come near.”
