The Bible. 1 Samuel 30:4-6
[4]Then David and the men with him lifted up their voices and wept until they had no more strength to weep.
[5]David's two wives also had been taken captive, Ahinoam the Jezreelitess and Abigail, the widow of Nabal the Carmelite.
[6]David was greatly distressed, for the men spoke of stoning him because the souls of them all were bitterly grieved, each man for his sons and daughters. But David encouraged and strengthened himself in the Lord his God.
David was anointed to be the king over Israel during the reign of Saul.This did not go well with Saul to the extent that he ended up seeking refugee in the Philistine kingndom. He was given Ziklag and he tried to go to war with them to war but he wasn't trusted by the Princes.Upon his return to his base Ziklag he found out that everything was taken his wives,children and also the wives and the children of his men.
The bible says David was distressed amid of all this His men wept till they had no power to weep they spoke of stoning him.He was left with no one on his side.
Amidst of all the chaos David encouraged himself in the Lord he found strength in the Lord.Child of God find your strength in the Lord.
There are times in life when everyone is not understanding you,when everything is not working in your ÈNCOURAGE YOURSELF IN THE LORD God is ready to give you a solution to your problem.
Be encouraged in the word he say He will never forsake you nor leave you He loves you.
Storm does not change God in the storm God loves you .Find your strength in God .
As a leader things are not going as planned,chaos in the leadership. There is deliberate betrayal of the vision. It seems there is no way through.
I have a word for you "Encourage yourself in the Lord ".
Find strength in the Lord.
