*THURSDAY EVENING PRAYER*
Father all-powerful and everliving God,
We do well always and everywhere to give you thanks,
Through your Son our Lord Jesus Christ in union with the Holy Spirit,
O Lord our God who knows our going out and our coming back,
We come before you this evening to appreciate you,
For you have led us safely to the day's end,
Thank you for being the most faithful friend,
We are sorry for the many sins we have committed,
Forgive us O Lord and restore us to a new beginning,
O Lord help us to be prepared for the various affairs you call us to,
Help us to be well prepared for the vocation of parenthood,
Help us to be well prepared for the vocation of religious life,
Help us to be well prepared for the call to serve as civic leaders,
Help us to be well prepared for the call to be health care workers,
Help us to be well prepared for the call to selflessly serve others,
Help us to be well prepared for the call to pray for one another,
May we rest tonight under your loving care,
And may we rise at dawn rejuvenated and free from despair,
In the Name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, AMEN.
*_Prepare us O Lord that we may better answer your call in life_*

*THURSDAY MORNING PETITION*

Lord Jesus Christ,
You compare the Kingdom of Heaven to a wedding banquet prepared by a king. You invite us to recognize that Your Kingdom is a gift of grace, but also a call to conversion. Do not allow us to become so occupied with the affairs of this world that we ignore Your invitation. Give us hearts that are attentive to Your voice and ready to respond when You call. May we never take Your grace for granted, but may we live each day conscious of the great privilege of being invited to Your banquet.

Lord, clothe us with the “wedding garment” of faith, love, holiness, humility, and charity. Remove from us whatever makes our hearts unworthy of Your presence—pride, selfishness, resentment, greed, and indifference.

Through the intercession of St. Bernard, who loved Christ deeply and served the Church with wisdom and devotion, teach us to seek You above all things. May his love for the Blessed Virgin Mary inspire us to draw closer to Jesus through Mary.

St. Bernard, Doctor of the Church, pray for priests, religious, families, and all who seek to serve God faithfully. Help us to remain faithful to our vocation and generous in responding to God's invitation. Amen

*WEDNESDAY MORNING PETITION*

Lord Jesus, teach me to be grateful for Your goodness and not compare my blessings with those of others. Remove from my heart envy, pride, and the feeling that I deserve more than others.

Help me understand that Your grace is not measured by how long I have served You, but by the depth of Your love and mercy. May I learn to rejoice in the blessings You give to others, trusting that You will always provide what is best for me.

Lord, make me humble, grateful, generous, and joyful in serving You and others. Amen.

*TUESDAY MORNING PETITION*

Merciful Jesus,

Free my heart from every attachment that keeps me from You.

Teach me to seek You above riches, honors, possessions, and everything of this world.

Give me the grace to leave behind whatever separates me from Your love, and to trust that what is impossible for me is possible with God.

Be my greatest treasure, my only security, and my eternal reward.

I surrender all to You, Lord.

You are enough for me.

Amen.

*MONDAY EVENING PRAYER*
Father all-powerful and everliving God,
With grateful hearts and joyous praise,
We bow before you whose ways forever amaze,
May you be exalted for days unending,
May sounds of joy and thanks for you in our hearts forever ring,
O Lord Almighty and eternal King,
We have sinned and seek forgiveness we pray,
Where we feel ashamed to be reconciled O Lord help us to find a suitable way,
So that we may make amends for the many times we have gone astray,
O Lord many are the times we are afraid to detach from material possessions,
We keep asking for more and more and are closed up in greed,
Teach us how to ask for just enough for this day for tomorrow's needs you know,
Teach us how to ask for what we can also generously share with others, strangers and those we know,
Teach us to ask on behalf of others who may not know how to ask or where to go,
Heal the ailing, comfort the grieving and bless our resting and our rising,
In the Name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, AMEN.
*_May we not be possessed by excessive desire for worldly possessions rather be free be a part of the heavenly nation_*

*SUNDAY EVENING PRAYER*
Father of compassion and grace unceasing,
God of wonders and love most amazing,
We lift your Holy Name unto everlasting,
For through it we receive every blessing,
O Lord forgive us and grant us your cleansing,
For we have strayed away in sin and reckless living,
O Lord Jesus our bread come down from heaven,
Grant us your unfailing protection and nourishment,
Help us to be drawn to you in the most Holy Eucharist,
And whatever separates us from receiving you O Lord,
May you enlighten us that we avoid such matters and turn us back to loving you,
May healing of our bodies, mind and soul be our portion,
And may good health be restored to our relationships we pray,
In the Name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, AMEN.
*_May all that separates us from the love of God be cast away from us_*

*TUESDAY MORNING PETITION*

Merciful Jesus,

Teach us to become humble like little children, trusting in Your love and mercy.

Keep us from pride, self- seeking, and anything that separates us from You.

Help us never to despise the little, the weak, or the lost, but to see each person as precious in Your eyes.

When one of us strays, give us hearts that seek, welcome, forgive, and restore.

May we rejoice whenever a lost soul is found and brought back to Your loving embrace.

Keep us close to You, Lord, and make us one in Your love.

Amen.

Jesus, our Shepherd, seek us, find us, and lead us home to You.

*MONDAY MORNING PETITION*

Merciful Jesus,

Teach us to follow You with generous hearts, to die to ourselves and live for You.

Like the grain of wheat that falls to the earth and bears fruit, may our lives become fruitful through love, sacrifice, and service.

Through the intercession of St. Lawrence, give us courage to serve the poor, to remain faithful in trials, and to give ourselves completely to You.

May we never seek to preserve our lives for ourselves, but offer them lovingly for Your glory and for the good of others.

Jesus, make our hearts wholly Yours, that we may serve You faithfully and one day rejoice with You forever.

Amen.

Jesus, let our lives bear fruit for You!

St Lawrence, Deacon and Martyr, pray with us and for us!

*FRIDAY EVENING PRAYER*
To you O Lord we lift up our souls,
From the deepest part of our hearts we give you thanks,
For you alone are worthy and your love is incomparable,
And for you nothing in this world is impossible,
Be praised O Lord our God for days unending,
In humility we ask for your forgiveness,
For we have sinned, knowingly and unknowingly, falling short of your goodness,
As we rest tonight grant us renewed strength to take up our daily crosses at the break of day,
Grant us renewed strength to love even those who may be most difficult to be good to,
Grant us renewed strength to be patient even when our petitions seem to take longer than we hoped for,
Grant us renewed strength to persist in the pursuit of goodness no matter how difficult the circumstances,
May your merciful and powerful healing hand be upon all the ailing we pray,
And your Perpetual Light shine upon all the souls of the dearly departed,
Be our shield and guide tonight and always,
In the Name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit,
AMEN
