The devil takes his chance to enter in your life and destroy you the moment you neglect prayer. Stay connect to Jesus Christ in Prayer, because Him alone can help us to fight every spiritual battle that we may encounter.

This should be our daily prayer. The devil rests not and always seeks for a way to have us on his side, turning us away from the heavenly father. But if we always stay connected to God in prayer and study His words, we'll overcome any temptation that may come our way. Let Jesus Christ Order your steps as you walk in this sin darkened world.

TO LOVE GOD

Sometimes preachers asks in church, "How many of you love God?". Many of us raise our hands indicating that we do love the Lord God. But what does God Himself says about those who love Him?.
The bible points out that to love God is to obey Him, to do His will. The bible says in 1 John 1:6 that "If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth:". If we do not listen to His words, then we do not love Him, if there is something that you value more than God, then you do not really love God, if you love a human being more than God you do not love God ( Read Matthew 10:35 ). To love God is to pay attention to what He says in the scriptures, doing the things that pleases Him, forsaking our wicked ways and letting God to be the first in our Lives.

LINKED WITH GOD THROUGH PRAYER

It is a wonderful thing that we can pray effectually; that unworthy, erring mortals possess the power of offering their requests to God. What higher power can man desire than this,—to be linked with the infinite God? Feeble, sinful man has the privilege of speaking to his Maker. We may utter words that reach the throne of the Monarch of the universe. We may speak with Jesus as we walk by the way, and He says, I am at thy right hand.
We may commune with God in our hearts; we may walk in companionship with Christ. When engaged in our daily labor, we may breathe out our heart’s desire, inaudible to any human ear; but that word cannot die away into silence, nor can it be lost. Nothing can drown the soul’s desire. It rises above the din of the street, above the noise of machinery. It is God to whom we are speaking, and our prayer is heard. Ask, then; ask, and ye shall receive. Ask for humility, wisdom, courage, increase of faith. To every sincere prayer an answer will come. It may not come just as you desire, or at the time you look for it; but it will come in the way and at the time that will best meet your need.The prayers you offer in loneliness, in weariness, in trial, God answers, not always according to your expectations, but always for your good.—(Ellen G Write, Gospel Workers P258.)

Pray even when you feel like not praying because that is the time that the devil gets closer to you. When you feel weak and the desire to pray is fading away, kneel down on your knees and communicate with your Father in heaven, ask him to give you strength to overcome temptations. When satan whispers in your ears saying "where is your God now", get down on your knees and call upon the Lord God.Because it is at the time of your frustrations that the devil strikes the most. Speak to God constantly and stay connected to Jesus Christ

THE ONLY SOLUTION TO THE DEVIL'S ATTACKS

For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;

Dissatisfaction

Lucifer was the covering cherub before his fall. The one so close to the throne of God. He beheld the spendor and majesty of the master of the universe. The beams of light from God's throne were reflected on his six wings. All the angels in heaven were under him.He had a higher position over his fellow angels. But darkness was born in him, that he beheld the glory and honor that the son of God had, and desired to have that as well. Dissatisfaction led to the fall of Lucifer, son of the morning.

After being expelled from heaven, satan seek to put that same spirit in God's children. Ironically he said to eve in the garden of eden, "..hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?" (Genesis 3:1, KJV). In his further conversation with eve, satan infested dissatisfaction in eve. He managed to make eve to desire that which God commanded them not to eat or touch. Dissatisfaction led to disobedience to God's command, and disobedience to God's command led to the birth of sin on earth.

Today people are seeking to have things that their neighbours have, they wish they had that fancy car that everybody's head turns to when it appears in the street. Just like Luficer, they think that God is unfair because He has not given them what their friends have. In the end, when dissatisfaction ripens, it brings forth sin. In order to fulfil their wishes, they resort to stealing or doing something illegal.

Whatever God has blessed you with, give glory to God for that. He knows you better than you know yourself, He cares about you more than you can imagine. If you obey Him and do His words, He will give you all that your heart desires. The bible says in Matthew 6:33 that"...seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you". Put God first, and He shall bless you accordingly.

Sin creates a gap between the creator and men. As sin deepens, this gap widens, and the sinner's desire to return to His master slowly fades away. The serpent wispers in his ears and tells him how deep his sins are, and convinces him that they're just way too much to be forgiven. In the same time, God's words echoes in the ears, "...though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool" ( Isaiah 1:18 , KJV Bible ). He doesn't care about how far the child has gone. All He cares about is to see him coming back home.

If you only confess and give your heart to Him, He will welcome you and erase all your sins. Yes!, that's how deep is the saviour's love for us. Beside all our filthy works, He still cares so us and wants us to be in harmony with Him. So why should we play with this amazing love, love that no one can be able to describe. It only takes outpouring of your heart on your bended knees for God to forgive all your sins COMPLETELY!. "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

END-TIME DECEPTIONS

As we draw closer to the second coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, the devil has come with deceptions , making those who believe in christ to doubt their faith in Christ, and to those who are in the dark to continue rejecting Jesus Christ. Without the knowledge of the scripture we would not know it when it comes, but to those who take the word of God to be the light on their path will surely know and resist it. Without the word of God a christian is nothing but a mosquitos which flies wherever the wind blows. The bible tells us in Ephesians 6:17 that we should "take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the spirit, which is the word of God". The word of God is our guide in this sin darkened world, the word of God is our "sword" with which we fight against the wiles of the devil. If we do not know the word of God we are likened to a soldier who runs in the battle field without any shield or weapon. God's words strengthens us, God's words protects us, God's words teaches us. If we trust in God's words and take them into our hearts, we will not fall for Satan's lies. May God help us all 🙏

We give the devil the keys to our lives the moment we neglect God's word. It is at this time that the devil gets access to our minds and injects his evilness in our lives. The bible says in James 4:7 that we should "resist the devil, and he will flee from us". But how do we resist him?, well, everything that is unholy cannot be found in the presents of that which is holy.If we attach ourselves to Jesus Christ, satan will surely flee from us.
