DELIVERANCE THROUGH REPENTANCE AND PRAYER

Romans 10:9–10

Deliverance begins with repentance, confession, and faith in God. Come before the Lord and confess your sins those committed through your words, thoughts, actions, and addictions. Ask God for forgiveness, cleansing, and freedom from every bo***ge.

Pray concerning the sins and patterns that have affected your family and generation, asking God for mercy, cleansing, and restoration. Pray for your family, spouse, business, community, and nation, asking God to break every form of bo***ge and bring deliverance.

Finally, pray with faith and ask God to deliver, restore, bless, and position you according to His purpose. Your life carries influence in your generation; therefore, seek God for the grace and power to become what He has called you to be.

THE QUALITIES OF A GREAT LEADER

𝓓𝓪𝓷𝓲𝓮𝓵 1:3–4 (𝓝𝓛𝓣)
3 𝓣𝓱𝓮𝓷 𝓽𝓱𝓮 𝓴𝓲𝓷𝓰 𝓸𝓻𝓭𝓮𝓻𝓮𝓭 𝓐𝓼𝓱𝓹𝓮𝓷𝓪𝔃, 𝓱𝓲𝓼 𝓬𝓱𝓲𝓮𝓯 𝓸𝓯 𝓼𝓽𝓪𝓯𝓯, 𝓽𝓸 𝓫𝓻𝓲𝓷𝓰 𝓽𝓸 𝓽𝓱𝓮 𝓹𝓪𝓵𝓪𝓬𝓮 𝓼𝓸𝓶𝓮 𝓸𝓯 𝓽𝓱𝓮 𝔂𝓸𝓾𝓷𝓰 𝓶𝓮𝓷 𝓸𝓯 𝓙𝓾𝓭𝓪𝓱’𝓼 𝓻𝓸𝔂𝓪𝓵 𝓯𝓪𝓶𝓲𝓵𝔂 𝓪𝓷𝓭 𝓸𝓽𝓱𝓮𝓻 𝓷𝓸𝓫𝓵𝓮 𝓯𝓪𝓶𝓲𝓵𝓲𝓮𝓼, 𝔀𝓱𝓸 𝓱𝓪𝓭 𝓫𝓮𝓮𝓷 𝓫𝓻𝓸𝓾𝓰𝓱𝓽 𝓽𝓸 𝓑𝓪𝓫𝔂𝓵𝓸𝓷 𝓪𝓼 𝓬𝓪𝓹𝓽𝓲𝓿𝓮𝓼. 4 “𝓢𝓮𝓵𝓮𝓬𝓽 𝓸𝓷𝓵𝔂 𝓼𝓽𝓻𝓸𝓷𝓰, 𝓱𝓮𝓪𝓵𝓽𝓱𝔂, 𝓪𝓷𝓭 𝓰𝓸𝓸𝓭-𝓵𝓸𝓸𝓴𝓲𝓷𝓰 𝔂𝓸𝓾𝓷𝓰 𝓶𝓮𝓷,” 𝓱𝓮 𝓼𝓪𝓲𝓭. “𝓜𝓪𝓴𝓮 𝓼𝓾𝓻𝓮 𝓽𝓱𝓮𝔂 𝓪𝓻𝓮 𝔀𝓮𝓵𝓵 𝓿𝓮𝓻𝓼𝓮𝓭 𝓲𝓷 𝓮𝓿𝓮𝓻𝔂 𝓫𝓻𝓪𝓷𝓬𝓱 𝓸𝓯 𝓵𝓮𝓪𝓻𝓷𝓲𝓷𝓰, 𝓪𝓻𝓮 𝓰𝓲𝓯𝓽𝓮𝓭 𝔀𝓲𝓽𝓱 𝓴𝓷𝓸𝔀𝓵𝓮𝓭𝓰𝓮 𝓪𝓷𝓭 𝓰𝓸𝓸𝓭 𝓳𝓾𝓭𝓰𝓶𝓮𝓷𝓽, 𝓪𝓷𝓭 𝓪𝓻𝓮 𝓼𝓾𝓲𝓽𝓮𝓭 𝓽𝓸 𝓼𝓮𝓻𝓿𝓮 𝓲𝓷 𝓽𝓱𝓮 𝓻𝓸𝔂𝓪𝓵 𝓹𝓪𝓵𝓪𝓬𝓮. 𝓣𝓮𝓪𝓬𝓱 𝓽𝓱𝓮𝓼𝓮 𝔂𝓸𝓾𝓷𝓰 𝓶𝓮𝓷 𝓽𝓱𝓮 𝓵𝓪𝓷𝓰𝓾𝓪𝓰𝓮 𝓪𝓷𝓭 𝓵𝓲𝓽𝓮𝓻𝓪𝓽𝓾𝓻𝓮 𝓸𝓯 𝓑𝓪𝓫𝔂𝓵𝓸𝓷.”

Ministering from Daniel 1:3–4, the Man of God taught that great leadership is not accidental. Those called to influence and positions of authority must intentionally develop divine character, wisdom, strategic intelligence, and practical skill.

1. Living Without Blemish

The first quality of a great leader is living without blemish having a clean reputation, good character, and an unblemished moral standing. A leader must consistently do what is right because a good name is not built by chance; it is intentionally developed and protected. Noble character creates a lasting legacy and opens doors to places of influence.

2. Wisdom

The second pillar is wisdom, which is the correct application of knowledge. Knowledge gives a person the facts, but wisdom teaches them how to apply those facts effectively. A leader must therefore continually acquire knowledge in order to operate wisely.

3. Cunning in Knowledge

The third quality of a great leader is being cunning in knowledge. The Man of God explained that this means knowing how to use information strategically to gain advantage and achieve a desired outcome.

Knowledge must not merely be possessed; it must be applied tactically as a tool to gain strategic advantage. A strategic leader also understands that not every piece of information must be released immediately. Critical information may be held back until the right moment, when it carries maximum leverage and impact.

The Man of God likened this to a living game of chess, where a leader thinks ahead, considers the consequences of every move, and understands the importance of timing, discretion, and positioning.

A wise person knows what is good; a person who is cunning in knowledge knows what will work and how to make it work.

4. Understanding Science and Information

A great leader must also understand science and possess accurate, well researched information. Without quality insight and reliable knowledge, a person remains unequipped for important decision-making spaces.

The Man of God concluded by challenging the youth to refine their character, acquire knowledge, sharpen their wisdom, and develop strategic intelligence, so they may be positioned and prepared for positions of influence and global impact.

Prophet N. Tshuma delivered powerful prophecies to the youth, bringing both spiritual alignment and practical direction for their future.

Speaking directly into the lives of the young people, he declared an end to spirits of delay and stagnation, redirecting their focus toward purpose, discipline, and divine alignment.

He prophesied over their unique talents, business ideas, and untapped potential, reminding them that God blesses active effort and encouraging them to start where they are, with what they have.

The youth were challenged to guard their vision, reject societal distractions, and combine consistent prayer with personal responsibility. They were reminded that their present season is not a waiting room, but the foundation upon which their future impact will be built.

A powerful and open Question & Answer session followed, giving the youth an opportunity to openly engage on issues affecting their lives, relationships, and future.

The questions covered a wide range of topics, including relationships, business, career choices, overcoming difficult past experiences, and breaking free from cultural and social beliefs that may have created limitations or bo***ges in their lives.

The session created a safe and honest environment where young people could ask difficult and personal questions and receive biblical, practical, and relevant guidance. The youth were encouraged to confront experiences from their past, overcome limiting mindsets, and refuse to allow previous circumstances to determine their future.

The discussion ultimately encouraged the youth to make purpose driven decisions, build healthy relationships, pursue meaningful careers and businesses, and break away from mindsets and beliefs that hinder their progress.

Drawing from Philippians 3:13–14, the youth were reminded to “forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before,” and to press forward toward the purpose and calling of God.

The message to the youth was clear: your past may explain where you came from, but it does not have the power to determine where you are going.

The Man of God, Prophet N. Tshuma, opened today’s Youth Service by highlighting the significance of the youth and the generation God is preparing for the future.

He taught that Africa will one day lead the world, emphasizing that the continent is home to a vast population of young people. This places the youth at the centre of Africa’s future, with a significant role to play in shaping the continent and influencing the world.

He explained that as young people progress through life and destiny, they will reach a point where they will be required to take control, lead, and manage responsibilities greater than themselves. Therefore, youth is not merely a stage of life, but a season of preparation for greater responsibility.

The younger generation will be called upon to occupy significant positions and lead major institutions and responsibilities. For this reason, young people must be aligned with the right principles and allow God to prepare them for the leadership, influence, and responsibility ahead.

The Man of God reminded the youth that no one among them is small. Every young person carries value, purpose, and the potential to make a meaningful impact.

This was reinforced by 1 Timothy 4:12:

“Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity.”

The message was clear: what God is building in the youth today is preparation for what they will carry tomorrow.

Lord, we thank You for You are such a wonderful God, and Father, we bow down before Your marvelous throne. We thank You for the wonderful youths, for Your power, and for creating the future of Zimbabwe. In Jesus Christ’s Mighty Name we pray, Amen.

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord… “plans to give you hope and a future.” — Jeremiah 29:11

With grateful hearts, the vibrant youth entered into intercession with raised hands and lifted voices, surrendering their lives and futures to God.

They thanked God for life, family, businesses, opportunities, and His blessings, while praying for divine direction, wisdom, purpose, and the grace to walk in His plan.

They also prayed for renewed hearts and the grace to forgive those who have wronged them, anchored in Mark 11:25.

To our youth joining us remotely: prepare your heart to receive what God has in store for you today. This is your season of purpose, hope, and divine direction. Your future is in God’s hands.
